The food is varied, many varieties of salads, pastries, various fruits, hot when ordered and the polite attitude of the waiters. The restaurant is always clean, white tablecloths, We went with pleasure. The rooms are cleaned daily, even on Sunday. The hotel has a sauna and a swimming pool, where we went in the evenings and spent time with pleasure. At the reception everyone is greeted by pretty, polite ladies, with any question to them, everything is immediately clear. The hotel has parking for cars, this is also very important. The hotel restaurant offered a variety of food. without any special frills, but everything is very high quality and tasty. Suffice it to say that over 10 days a lot of fish dishes were offered: salmon, trout, carp (very tasty!!!), there was no shortage of meat dishes: pork. beef, lamb, chicken. turkey, rabbit, crab claws, etc. Everyone will find something they like. The waiters are also very friendly. They do everything quickly and always with a smile! Rooms are always cleaned quickly and efficiently, linen is changed every three days, towels are changed upon request. It’s great that the pool and saunas are open until 22.00. The location of the hotel is on a hill and you have to go uphill to return from the springs. The hike to the colonnade took 35-40 minutes. But I consider this more as a plus than a minus! Отель получил официально цертификат на 4 звезды от Асоциации отелей и ресторанов Ческой республики. Мы стремимся, что бы наши клиенты билы нашими услугами всегда доволны и что бы им у нас нравилось. В прошлом году мы закончили ремонт всех ванных комнат и в этом году мы постепенно меняем мебель в комнатах. Именно в номере, в котором Вы жили, мы только день до Вашего заезда покрасили и поменяли в нем мебель. В номере на раковине находится жидкое мыло и в душе гель для тела и волосов. Мне очень жаль, что Вам номер не понравился. Это наш самый большой одноместный номер и это единственный одноместный номер, у которого есть балкон. Правда, он не оборудован в современном стиле, он оборудован в стиле, которой подходит зданию нашего отеля построенного в 1900 г., наверное ни кто здесь не ожидает интерьер из стекла и метала. Я посмотрела именно Ваше расписание процедур и Вы получили бесплатно грязевую ванну (первая у нас всегда бесплатно, следующие правда нужно доплатить). Также в этом расписании вижу, что Вы не начинали процедуры с 3 дня заезда. Вы приехали 28.8.2017 и 29.8.2017 у Вас был прием у врача и в 9:30 Вы уже получили первую процедуру – парафин. Количество процедур соотвествовало Вашему сроку проживания, кроме того Вам старшая медсестра вышла на встречу и ванных процедур по Вашему желанию у Вас не было, расписала Вам другие процедуры. Поэтому мне очень жаль, что Вам не понравился ее подход к Вам, я ей всю информацию передала. Сказала мне, что дейстивтельно не берет кров в перчатках, она пользуется всегда дезинфекцией. Информацию, на какие процедуры в чем ходит, можно найти в комнате, в отеловой информации кроме других различных информаций. И кроме того еще об этом предупреждает медсестра устно. Инфракрасная сауна у нас включается автоматически по запису клиентов и выключается автоматически в 22 часов. У нее правильный подогрев только 50 градусов, может Вам казалась холодной? В лечебном отделении получает каждый клиент покрывало и если ему все таки холодно, можно сказать и получит еще второе. По поводу питания – на обед и ужин можно выбирать из 5 разных блюд, номер диеты написан рядом с названием блюда. Если все таки еда не подходит Вашей диете, то в каждом меню написана инструкция, что надо это сказать официанту – и он с Вами договорится отдельно. Пишете, что официантки Вам понравились, тогда верю, что Вам всегда вышли на встречу. На ужин действительно нету нарезки сыра и колбасы, у нас всегда холодная закуска, 8 видов салата, из горячих всегда в буфете гречка и тушённые овощи или овощи на гриле. Кроме того на ужин всегда есть сладкая выпечка и фрукты. Плюс вами заказанное горячее блюдо или ежедневно можно заказать холодной ужин, где эта нарезка из сыра и колбасы конечно есть. Мне совершенно очень грустно читать такой плохой отзыв. The beds were comfortable, the linen was changed every 4 days, it even seemed to us that this was too often. The cleaning is fast, unobtrusive, it’s even surprising how the maids managed to do everything in those fairly short periods of time while we were undergoing procedures. The audibility between numbers is noticeable, but the audience is very quiet, this did not bother us at all. The food is decent, not culinary delights, but everything is very tasty. I would not call the food dietary (in my opinion, gravy and batter still do not belong to diet food), but if you have special wishes, you can always voice them, ask, for example, to replace potatoes with rice. Large selection of fresh salads, herbs, excellent soups. During the 10 days of our stay, the soups were never repeated. Orders for lunch and dinner a la carte are accepted a couple of days in advance. For dinner there was always boiled buckwheat and stewed vegetables, so if nothing on the menu suits you, you won’t remain hungry in any case. Только мне конечно жаль, что Вы пишете, что в баре было накурено. Весь наш отель некурящий, включая бара, значить нельзя, что бы было накурено. Может быть, что запах дыма поднимался в номер из балконов других комнат. Надеюсь, что Вас это не очень помещало и Вы остались довольны.
