The food in the restaurant, although not very tasty, was of high quality, and I never had heartburn during my two-week stay. Nice sauna and jacuzzi. Advantageous location of the hotel: close to the springs and the promenade; Nearby there is a magnificent forest and an Orthodox church. The sanatorium staff strives to provide good quality service; upon request, they put a kettle in the room and provided a heater.

The rooms are not very warm; without an additional heater we would freeze at night. I didn’t like the medical base. The range of services is not wide, the head nurse is reluctant to meet clients halfway: when the specialists of the medical department fell ill, the procedures were carried out without taking into account the tours previously planned by the clients. The general mood from her rather aggressive behavior was downright negative towards the treatment facility. Although there are friendly specialists in the parafango and water procedures departments; Yarik does a good massage.

We have been vacationing with friends in this wonderful hotel for several years in a row. I really like everything: treatment, food, accommodation. I would like to note the friendly attitude of the staff towards vacationers, especially from the hotel director Eva and deputy director Barbara. Always willing to meet and resolve any issues. A huge thank you to them for everything. The hotel has been renovated, the furniture has been updated, the rooms are very convenient and comfortable. Room cleaning is daily and of high quality. The restaurant staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a wonderful massage therapist Peter - a professional with a capital letter. We express our deep gratitude to him and wish him good health. The hotel is located in a convenient location where there is silence and clean, clear air. The walk to the springs is no more than 5 minutes. A walk to the springs is a great pleasure and good for health. In a word, we are simply in love with this hotel and recommend it to everyone who wants to have a good rest and receive adequate treatment.

The doctor prescribes procedures, but their quantity, quality and sequence are not controlled. Procedures are prescribed depending on the workload of the staff. Sometimes they arbitrarily shorten the time of procedures, do not check the water temperature during various baths, etc. The same procedures are carried out differently by specialists. The number of gas injections has decreased greatly for unknown reasons. You can come for a procedure according to your schedule, but they tell you that it won’t happen because... without bothering to warn you in advance. Overall, the quality of treatment has become worse compared to previous years.

Hello! We rested in the sanatorium for 10 days from 02/19/2018. We really liked it. The holiday experience was wonderful. All the good massage therapists left, the women did the massage poorly, only 15 minutes, and if earlier out of 17 procedures there were 3 massages, now there are only 2. The main procedures prescribed for the husband were pearl baths, no procedures for the treatment of the gastrointestinal tract and spine. First trip to Karlovy Vary. The hotel is excellent. Good price/quality ratio. The hotel staff is very responsive, always happy to help you or give advice. On the first day of arrival (Friday), a visit to the doctor was immediately scheduled. After which, all procedures are outlined (about 4 per day). All procedures are selected methodically. I also took tests on the doctor’s recommendation. The hotel also has a free swimming pool, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi. We all spent our evenings there. Cuisine: the dishes are very varied; they offer meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. Springs: it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the springs. I would note this as a positive point, since morning and evening walks are good for health and help awaken the body. We will definitely go to the resort and this hotel again.
