The purpose of my short trip of 7 days was to spend my birthday in my favorite city. It was my first time at the Villa Smetana Hotel (it was my first time in Karlovy Vary for such a short period of time, usually from 14 days onwards). I liked the hotel, there was not a single negative moment from check-in to check-out. The staff is polite, attentive, smiling, trying to make the guests feel good. Thank you very much to the hotel for congratulating me on my birthday - this is always a good indicator for me and generally very pleasant and memorable. The food is good, fresh food, deliciously prepared. The rooms are normal, new comfortable beds, new snow-white linen, new curtains - they are undergoing gradual reconstruction, and the rooms are becoming even better and more comfortable. I would like to express my special gratitude to Mrs. Zdenka at the reception: a very attentive and responsive employee, she was worried when my taxi did not arrive on time to catch the bus to the airport, she called them again, and came out to see me on the street.Negatives
Upon arrival, I ordered a classic general massage (to stretch my stiff body after the flight) 50 minutes for 50 €. Masseur Milan stroked me for 50 minutes. I know what massage is and this cannot be considered a normal massage. A waste of money.
