Yana and Rene created a cozy atmosphere and I always wanted to see them as soon as possible. The rooms and the hotel itself were clean, for which many thanks to the staff!! - The location and surroundings of the hotel are very beautiful - wonderful view of the Peter and Paul Church. - The treatments are effective overall. - The cuisine is excellent; Despite the 15-day stay, there was always a very varied and delicious food selection. - The service staff is consistently very nice.Negatives
- Sometimes the staff in the application and treatment area is not always friendly. - A very big disadvantage and minus point was that we arrived on Monday and only had our initial examination with the spa doctor on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. and the treatment plan was assigned. As a result, the 36 application appointments were very tight within the 7.5 treatment days. In addition, we were not able to take part in the included excursion to Prague. Sanatoriums.com, on the other hand, did not show any concessions either; as the excursion is a free additional offer. But it was crucial for our booking!!! -Unfortunately, the reception (apart from Mr. Pawel) was not willing to provide any information or tried to provide clarification. Most of the time we just got a “sorry” in response. Interest in requests and indications of grievances were not taken into account. - Unfortunately, the steam bath did not work properly the entire time. - When the hotel was fully occupied, the wellness area, including the swimming pool, was far too small - as was the dining room. There was an alternative option to eat in the lobby bar, but this was a windowless room.Positives

I didn't find all therapists really professional. In my opinion, relaxation also includes a quiet atmosphere. Unfortunately, this was only rarely adhered to. People were talking very loudly. The location of the hotel is fantastically beautiful!!! The staff is very friendly !!! Hoter is very clean. The restaurant is very cozy, the tables have white tablecloths and cloth napkins!!! There was always a candle on the table for dinner. The staff is super hostile and helpful! I had a hotel stay for 1 week and the bed linen was changed after 3 days. Great!!! I especially thank the staff of the entire hotel for their clear attitude towards Patients. All employees speak Czech, Russian and German, at a minimum, and also English. And French. Excellent catering, the menu was not repeated in 7 days, a variety of dishes, you choose yourself to suit your taste. Different types of bread, pastries, fruits, salads, hot dishes: beef, fish, poultry, pork daily. Everything is very tasty, I want to try everything. When I was at the sanatorium, I didn’t know that a separate bill was needed, but now there’s nothing I can get from them.
