The holiday went very well. Room (214) was cleaned daily, bed linen and towels were changed every 2 days as needed, thanks to the girls. The food is good and the service too. The head nurse is very friendly. We arrived with our grandson, his arm was broken, she changed our bandage several times. There were no questions about the treatment either; all procedures were performed professionally.Negatives
We couldn’t get a second appointment with the doctor because she was busy. Because of this, the blood test was left without interpretation, and there were problems. Perhaps 2 doctors are needed for such a sanatorium?

Disgusting trip to Prague. The guide is incompetent! The trip started at 11 am. The journey one way is 3 hours. In an hour we quickly walked around the castle and Charles Bridge. They took me to a diner with disgusting food! The dishes were prepared in advance and then heated up. (A futile trip) disgusting, I don’t recommend it to anyone.!!! It is better to pay a normal guide and visit the most beautiful city in Europe called Prague.

The sanatorium is located in a quiet green area of Karlovy Vary. There is a small courtyard area where you can sit on chairs by the fountain. The undoubted advantage is the presence of a swimming pool and wellness. The staff is very welcoming, the atmosphere in the hotel is almost homely. The food is decent. There are always salad greens and pureed soups. Wide variety of teas. Treatment is standard, resort treatment. To attend treatments, the rooms have terry robes and slippers. Rooms are cleaned daily, bed linen is changed every three days. Towels at least every day, at your request, a robe once a week.

I vacationed at the Smetana Vysehrad hotel for the second time and again enjoyed my stay. I like the location of the hotel, not on the promenade, but everything is within walking distance and there are no crowds of tourists. There is a park right behind the hotel. The procedures were scheduled on the first day of my stay. The food is good. I really like swimming in the pool. Many thanks to the staff for a good stay. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Yana Khelerova for her attentive attitude and help in solving a sudden health problem.

The organization of procedures is excellent, everything is on schedule and without chaos. The location of the sanatorium is conducive to walks and active recreation. I didn’t notice any significant shortcomings, the only inconvenience was that the temperature of the water in the room sometimes jumped from cold to boiling water. As a suggestion for improvement: it would be possible to replace disposable cups with paper ones (a lot of plastic waste is generated in vain) and add a kettle and tea bags to the rooms.

Last year, in September, we already came to this hotel. So there was no question about choosing a hotel this year. I want to come back here! A small hotel in which everything and everyone works for the sake of and for vacationers. Much to our surprise, we were recognized by the reception desk, the maids, and the waiters. The menu now includes a lot of dishes and salads, and of course a new coffee machine! For breakfast you could choose not from 2 types of coffee, but as many as 8 or 10, I don’t remember exactly... All the staff are friendly and always happy to help. Free parking, even taking into account the fact that we were there on Easter and the hotel was full, they found a place for us to park the car. The hotel is located not far from the colonnades, just enough for a walk. We really liked that we could see changes and only for the better! We will definitely come here again and again! My wife and I rested and received treatment from March 10 to March 24, 2019. We liked everything. The beautiful hotel consists of 2 buildings, but it feels like one building. An important factor is free parking. Very convenient - relaxation, treatment, food, swimming pool, sauna in one place. Quiet, calm, cozy, comfortable. The head doctor is a professional in his field. Receiving recommended procedures is clearly organized. Right on time. No fuss or hustle. The medical staff is very attentive. The food is varied and tasty. The cook is SUPER! - Master of his craft! A truly homely and cozy hotel! My wife and I took a health-improving course and celebrated my wife’s 50th birthday! Everything is just great! A nice bonus for my wife was a room with a beautiful view and a balcony, and a bottle of wine and a couple of glasses for her birthday! All hotel employees are like one common family! I didn't like the gas injections. On previous trips to other sanatoriums in Karlovy Vary, the injections were not so painful and, most importantly, they did not leave bruises. And since this procedure is important for me, I most likely will not go to this sanatorium a second time, or under the condition of large discounts on the price compared to other offers. The SPA area is not conveniently arranged. Газовые уколы - это процедура, которая причиняет боль, но помогает. У некоторых клиентов после этой процедуры синяки. Отел расположен в 2-х исторических зданиях, которые были построены 100 лет тому назад. При реконструкции здания были соединены коридором. Велнесс /сауны, джакузи, дорожка Кнейпа/ в подвале и бассейн мы построили в пространстве между зданиями, другой возможности не было. С уважением, Ева Чехова
