Только нам конечно жаль, что Вам не понравилась система питания, но так как стараемся готовить только из качественных и свежих продуктов и не поднимать цену проживания, нужны нам заказы на день вперед. Официанты мне сказали, что Вы были не довольны именно картофельной запеканкой, но так как все остальные клиенты её хвалили, сложно мне сейчас решить, какая с неё была проблема. В следующий раз Вас прошу, скажите именно, что Вам не нравится, всегда стараемся, что бы все было как и должно быть. По поводу зелёного чая – конечно может быть, что в один раз его захочет больше клиентов. Но так как предлагаем более 10 видов чая и все бесплатно, думаю не большая проблема либо взять другой, либо попросить официанта, которой с уоавольствием желаемый чай принесет. Конечно жаль, что Вам кажется питание однообразным, хотя ежедневно есть 5 разных блюд на обед и 5 других разных блюд на ужин. Кроме того 8 видом разных салатов, которые тоже меняются, фрукты и выпечка. При Вашем следующем посещении мы готовы выслушать Ваши предложения, что можно сделать лучше. Кофе правда на обед или ужин отсуствует, но мы как один из мало отелей предлагаем на обед и ужин 3 вида сока и более 10 сортов чая бесплатно. Думаем это достаточной сервис. The floors on the balconies need to be washed; slippers simply stick to pollen, fruit juice and other things from previous residents. It is quite large, with a huge bathroom and two balconies. Quite cozy, there was new furniture on the balcony, the heated towel rail was hot, linen and towels were changed on time. The only thing we didn't have was a wardrobe in the room. Things had to be placed in the hallway closet, which was very inconvenient. Some things did not fit on the hanger due to their length, and it’s not nice to walk into a room and stare at the hanging things. The treatment suited us. Although we don’t have any special requests, this was our first time in such a place. There's not much to compare it to. We were satisfied with the attitude of the medical staff. There are no complaints. Everyone is very friendly, smiling, correct and punctual, they always treated our requests with understanding. Very nice sauna area and swimming pool. The food is quite normal. The made-to-order dishes are delicious, no complaints about the salt and pepper. There were always several types of fruit, and baked goods were always present. Yes, of course, there were always a lot of cabbage salads. But, besides them, there were always 3-4 more salads without cabbage or just chopped vegetables. Unfortunately, there are moments that slightly spoil the impression of the holiday. Heated towel rails in the rooms are turned off, towels and swimwear do not have time to dry. They don't provide disposable bathing caps; there was only one in the double room upon check-in. And the menu is not very varied, not for a 4 star hotel. We counted 6 types of salads, it doesn’t seem bad, if not for one subtlety, they are all with cabbage... And so every day... You also need to put kefir for dinner, it is only offered for lunch. Уважаемая госпожа Оксана Алисова, Вы приехали 08.07.2018 и приём у доктора был 09.07.2017 в 09:00 часов утра, после этого Вы уже получила процедуры. Доктор мне сказала, что у неё в компьютере заметка, что Вы не хотели сдавать кровь на анализы. Поэтому я не понимаю откуда взялась информация о том, как себя ведёт главная медсестра при заборе крови. В отеле была один день проблема с компьютерами у доктора и медсестры – они 2 часа не могли работать. Если Вы в это время пришли к главной медсестре и хотели процедуры, к сожалению не было возможности это сделать. Доктор ждала Вас на окончательный просмотр перед отъездом, но Вы не пришла. Наши официанты дают один раз в неделю анкету, но мы от Вас заполненную анкету не получили. Мне очень жаль, что Вы ко мне не пришла, мы бы смогли Ваши претензии решить на месте.
