Very clean rooms. The staff is very courteous and the doctor taking the treatment took a lot of time and planned the treatments very carefully. Bus connection to the city center right outside the door (10 crowns for pensioners). There is parking space, but not that much (€10 per day). Would come again.Negatives

I didn’t like the location of the restaurant-dining room, lounge, medical department and sauna. Everything is on one floor. You come out of a procedure or sauna in a robe and find yourself straight into a hall with open street doors. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed. The rooms are bright and comfortable. Great location. Cleanliness and comfort in the room. Good internet. And most importantly, a fantastic view of the city and church. Nice swimming pool, jacuzzi, foot baths, saunas. The hotel itself has a very good restaurant, excellent breakfasts, delicious lunches and dinners. The hotel staff is very polite. Something happened to us on Wednesday April 13th, 2022 and Thursday April 14th, 2022: A waitress from the dining room, Veronika, was very unfriendly. She had something against the Russian language, that wasn't a problem for us, we can also speak German, but she still ignored us and kept walking past and smiling at us. Every person should be treated equally and not based on nationality, appearance or religion. And besides, the customer should be king. The dishes were not put away and evil looks were sent. Other families have experienced exactly the same thing. We really wanted to send you a positive review, but we have to deduct 2 stars because of this one person.
