A good, attentive doctor, but you have to wait in line for an hour or more. The head nurse is unfriendly. Massage therapist David performed a massage with one hand for 5 minutes, and looked at the phone with the other. The procedures do not take place before lunch, but until the evening. They could schedule it at 3, 4 and 5 pm. That is, it is not possible to go for a walk in the park. Constant huge queues for gas injections and parafango. The food at the hotel is not 4 stars. Breakfast is monotonous. Some main courses are impossible to eat (risotto). Dessert is always a sponge cake spread with jam. Bad coffee.

We liked the sanatorium. Especially the attitude towards vacationers. All the staff are attentive and responsive. In terms of treatment, we got what we planned. There are also no complaints about the food, since this is still a sanatorium and there should be more and more dietary options. Lots of fish, cut vegetables for diets, baked goods in general - everything you need. The location of the hotel involves a lot of walking, so it is not for everyone. Price-quality matches, but the food is bad for 4* Food... it's not even about the choice of dishes, but about their preparation... very bad. Six types of salad and some of them are cucumbers and tomatoes, artificial ones, like plastic ones (with or without dressing), the second part is cabbage (white, red, with dressing, without)... It’s hot, it’s impossible to eat, I won’t eat it at all even write about it. Secondly, what’s on the menu is sadness. If you don’t take spaghetti or pilaf/risotto (better not), then most likely there will be potatoes on the side! I love potatoes, I can only eat them, but how can you ruin them like that! It looks as if it was boiled and left in water for a day, and then served cold. Breakfasts are normal, only when they ran out of bread for toast or croissants, cheesecakes, etc., they were no longer brought, even if there were 1-1.5 hours left until the end of breakfast (although this happened with other dishes). Dessert is ALWAYS the same sponge cake, spread with either jam/pavidle or sour cream (bake a huge baking sheet of sponge cake, spread some “yummy” on top, cut it into squares and you’re done). And so EVERY day). We stayed 13 nights.
