This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was overall satisfied. An excellent doctor, Yana, attentive and friendly. She asked me about my health in great detail, looked and felt everything herself, and prescribed the necessary treatment. The nurse girls Shark and Lank are simply smart. It’s a pity that I only met them on the third day of my five-day vacation. Friendly, positive, responsive and professional in their work. The food is good and varied. Everything is delicious. You can only add desserts (1 type of sponge cake is somehow too small) and ice cream.Negatives
When I entered the room, I was slightly shocked - there were huge lace snares on the windows and ceiling. This is unacceptable in a 4* hotel. Room cleaning was unsatisfactory, only trash was thrown away. The towels, robe, and especially the bed were not changed even once in 5 days. Nurse Misa is very openly slacking. I have vacationed in Karlovy Vary many times and know how to do gas injections and reflex massage. Misa didn’t do even a third of the injections. Instead of 20 minutes, I did acupressure massage for only 8 minutes. And even these 8 minutes were just rubbing the cream on the back, not a single point was worked on. But thanks to Dr. Yana! As soon as I told her about such a low-quality massage, they immediately changed the massage therapist and returned the lost procedure. And Lenka started giving injections!

They asked for the second keys to the room; the refrigerator didn't work; a little cramped in the toilet room; due to savings on medical staff, we lost a lot of time during procedures (breaks from an hour to an hour and a half), although this is not critical, but I would like to reduce it to half an hour.

We rested in November 2018, a small and very cozy hotel. Excellent attitude towards vacationers from medical staff and hotel workers. We experienced only the brightest and most pleasant emotions. Special thanks to bathhouse attendants Alexander and Victor for their innovative idea; the guys came up with the idea of treating sauna visitors with herbal teas. We had a great time. The room was gorgeous. All the amenities. Everything was clean, cleaning and towels were changed daily. The food is good. A good, attentive doctor, but you have to wait in line for an hour or more. The head nurse is unfriendly. Massage therapist David performed a massage with one hand for 5 minutes, and looked at the phone with the other. The procedures do not take place before lunch, but until the evening. They could schedule it at 3, 4 and 5 pm. That is, it is not possible to go for a walk in the park. Constant huge queues for gas injections and parafango. The food at the hotel is not 4 stars. Breakfast is monotonous. Some main courses are impossible to eat (risotto). Dessert is always a sponge cake spread with jam. Bad coffee.

Highly professional and attentive approach in the selection of procedures. Proximity to sources. Wonderful air. All this made the holiday wonderful, despite its short duration (1 week). I’ve been to Karlovy Vary more than once and I love this city, but this was my first time relaxing and receiving treatment, and now I have something to strive for.

We liked the sanatorium. Especially the attitude towards vacationers. All the staff are attentive and responsive. In terms of treatment, we got what we planned. There are also no complaints about the food, since this is still a sanatorium and there should be more and more dietary options. Lots of fish, cut vegetables for diets, baked goods in general - everything you need. The location of the hotel involves a lot of walking, so it is not for everyone. We liked the closeness of nature, the forest. We stayed, breathed, and thereby strengthened our health even more.Negatives
The downside is the lack of a ventilation system in the bathroom. They opened the window, but could not close it later. I also didn’t like the excursions with Lena around Karlovy Vary and Prague. I would like to have guides even on the free excursion offered by the sanatorium. com did their job.

There are complaints about the doctor. It’s somehow incomprehensible. There are always queues for gas injections, to see the doctor. The doctor somehow treats patients inappropriately. It seems that they have returned to socialism!!!! The appointment time does not correspond to the time indicated in the papers!!! The doctor herself is also not very competent. She does not want to listen to the patient. She simply decides on her own what is needed and what is not necessary. Well, somehow solve these problems! Thank you for your understanding!!! And until this time everything was fine. Something apparently happened to you. We wish you to solve these problems in the future, but everything remains the same, all these problems! К сожалении во время Вашего приезда приехало очень много клиентов, у нашей доктор было много работы, но она всегда к клиентам приветлива, заботится о них и уделяет им внимание. Мне очень жалько, что Вы не нашли общий язык. Мы каждый год стремимся сделать что-то новое для наших клиентов. В прошлом году мы красили все номера и поменяли мебель в номерах.
