Газовые уколы - это процедура, которая причиняет боль, но помогает. У некоторых клиентов после этой процедуры синяки. Отел расположен в 2-х исторических зданиях, которые были построены 100 лет тому назад. При реконструкции здания были соединены коридором. Naturally, doing all this for the first time, I was worried! Because I booked almost three months before the trip. But the transfer from Prague airport, as well as then to the airport, was excellent - very comfortable and attentive drivers! Не все наши клиенты могут есть салаты заправленные уксусом или майонезом, некоторые наши клиенты должны соблюдать диеты и для этих клиентов готовятся свежие овощи. На меню у нас и филе рыбы и различные виды рыб - напр.карп, лосось, форель, морской окунь, судак. В исторических зданиях без разрешения отделения ухода за памятниками нельзя. Перед началом Вашего отдыха закончился ремонт лифта. Были перерывы когда лифт не работал, но это не было на целый день. После пневмопунктуры бывает перерыв и потом может быть назначена ванна или массаж. Полотенец в сауне нет, даём только простыни. Работник входит в сауну раз за пол часа сгонять воду из пола. Когда Вы заболели, мы отменили процедуры и Вы не платили за лечение за дни, когда болели. 24.01.2019 при обследовании у доктора была диагностика заболевания : воспаление носоглотки и Вы получили рецепт на суппозиторий с парацетамолом. Медсестра заходила в номер несколько раз, чтобы померила температуру и давление, но только один раз была Вы были на месте. В ресепшене отеля Аспирин, термометр, прибор для измерения давления, пластер и перевязочный пакет всегда в наличии. Предполагаем, что клиент может заболеть даже ночью. Ночной администратор готов послать клиента в больницу, или вызвать скорую помощь при сильном заболевании. Следовало бы попросила официантов, чтобы Вам принесли завтрак, обед или ужин в номер. Это не было бы первый раз, когда в отеле кто-то заболел. Вам приносила питание подруга, которая с Вами проживала в номере. Персонал никто не попросил. Несмотря на всю эту ситуацию мы надеемся, что Вы все таки выберете наш отель. с уважение.

В отель принимаем клиентов, приезжающих с собаками – отель у леса и за домом парк, куда можно ходить с собаками. Мы специально смотрели, чтобы Вам не дали номер, в котором жили с собакой, потому, что мы получили сообщение, что у Вас аллергия. Ковры в номерах регулярно чистит фирма. Во время Вашего пребывания была в отеле одна семья с собакой, но мы их разместили в здание Сметана /Вы проживали в доме Вышеград/, потому что мы не хотели, чтобы Вы напр. встретились в лифте с собакой. Я не заметила, чтобы клиенты заходили с собакой в ресторан, но официанты всегда предупреждают клиентов, что вход в ресторан с собаками не позволяется. С уважением

We vacationed in Karlovy Vary for the second time. We were a family: three adults and a child (5 years old), we arrived by car from Moscow. A big plus is parking, but a reservation is required in advance, and by letter from the Hotel, and not an e-mail from Sanatoriums.
