The doctor at the medical center, Jana Hellerova, is very competent, knows her job, listened very carefully, examined, listened and prescribed treatment based on diagnosis, laboratory tests were taken, she explained everything very clearly and prescribed medications. The entire staff of the medical center works efficiently, there is no need to wait anywhere, I especially want to mention the masseuse Zuzana and Retra and sister Sarka! There are no towels in the pool to dry off after swimming. The sauna is very good and everything was done with taste, but the drawback was that there was water on the floor, there was a danger of slipping and falling. It’s a shame that the Kneipp track and contrasting Kneipp trays didn’t work. I would really like the sauna to be open from 12 at least on weekends. There was noise from city construction, although this was not the hotel's fault. Overall a very pleasant, cozy hotel. We visited for the first time, but we really liked it! The staff is friendly and helpful. All the staff can speak Russian. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the colonnade, but it didn’t bother us, it was a good walk 3 times a day, although the way back was uphill, but not a steep climb. We had 23 procedures and a detailed blood test for free! They took the result of the analysis with them. We booked through this site, it was much cheaper and the site staff was very responsive. The price included a free trip to Prague, the guide was super!Negatives
