In general the geography is excellent. Hotel service and treatment procedures are in full. It’s a sin to complain about anything!

I stayed at the sanatorium in February 2016, I liked absolutely everything, I’ll start with the accommodation, I wasn’t quite happy with the room, they offered me another 502, very cozy and unusual, the maid came every day, the food was excellent, there were a lot of dietary dishes, there was food for diabetics, there was food without meat , choice for lunch and dinner from several dishes and 4 on duty, always fish, steamed vegetables, if you go on an excursion, you order a packed lunch. In 2 weeks, I completed 30 procedures, a drinking course, 3 appointments with a doctor, blood and urine tests, before upon departure, the extract is handed over to you. The staff is friendly, professionals in their field, always helpful and ready to help. The sanatorium is clean, comfortable, there is Internet in the atrium, on each floor there are tables where you can sit, I also think it’s a plus that in the sanatorium there are no strangers, only residents. Well, the location is very convenient, everything is within walking distance. I would like to say a special thank you to the organizers of the site, I booked a sanatorium and a transfer through them, everything was clear, organized and professional, well done!Negatives

We lived in room 332. Sorry, but no delight! The drain in the shower was very bad, the hair dryer didn't work, there was air blowing from the window at night, the walls above the bed and the carpet were stained, the cobwebs in the corner near the window had not been cleaned for a long time. The curtain on the window was already askew as if it had fallen on someone.

For the first time, my wife and I rested and received treatment at the Astoria sanatorium and were very pleased with our choice. The sanatorium is located in one of the best places in Karlovy Vary, and even next to mineral water springs. Very good accommodation in the sanatorium, everything inside is clean and beautiful. The management of the sanatorium managed to create a homely atmosphere in the sanatorium. All the staff are polite and friendly, always ready to help vacationers. Amazing quality of treatment, in two weeks my wife and I did not miss a single procedure and improved our health. Special thanks for the massage that Stulirova gave to my wife and me. She literally has golden hands and in two weeks my back problems have significantly decreased. The treatment procedures were clearly organized; everything began at exactly the appointed time. Completely satisfied with the food. The food was tasty and varied. We will definitely continue to be treated at this sanatorium in the future.Negatives

Если бы платили у нас на рецепшен, то 66 евро х 10 ночей х 2 человека = 1.320 евро минус спец. скидка 15 процентов -198 евро, к оплате 1.122 евро. Всё равно, цена на sanatoriums.com ниже. It would be better if they met clients at the front door when they get out of the taxi and helped them carry their suitcases. Otherwise, a young fat man sits at the reception desk all the time and constantly chats with the administrator. And he helps the client only at the elevator, when his help is no longer even needed. Also: - why do we need a sign at the reception desk stating that guests are strictly forbidden to receive guests in the sanatorium? Looks like Europe. Somehow not ethical. Specifically: a friend from another sanatorium came to see me and the reception desk told me that I couldn’t go up to my room. And in the hall on the 0th floor there is not even a buffet to sit over a cup of tea and talk. And the coffee machine is located on the 1st floor.
