I liked everything, even the fact that you have to walk 15 minutes one way to the colonnade. There were 3 promenades of 30 minutes each day. Whether you like it or not, you can walk. Very good varied food. There was always fish, meat, chicken or turkey, lots of vegetables and fruits. The coffee in the restaurant in the morning was good and strong (apparently, they took into account someone’s remark in the reviews). Helpful staff. No one is rude or annoyed. Large warm room. Purity. I liked the treatment. The doctor took our wishes into account when we checked in, we got everything we wanted: massages, gas injections, lymphatic drainage, mud compresses. The massage therapists change every time (5-10 people massage you during the course, depending on the number of procedures prescribed). Not all massage therapists have good hands and you never know who you'll get. They can give you a wonderful massage, or they can give you such a hard time in the literal sense of the word that you feel sick for 2 days.

Nutrition is presented in a variety of priorities - both for those who adhere to a certain diet, and for those who allow themselves various excesses. There are plenty of fruits and vegetables. Perhaps those who are particularly demanding will say that there were no mangoes and passion fruits, but there were a lot of apples, plums and pears and other fruits. I liked everything very much. There are former compatriots at the reception, especially the boss, Natalya. She greeted me kindly, helped and advised. Right there - tickets for concerts in the hotel and in the city. She responded to any requests, making the rest complete. The entire staff - from the head doctor to the specialists during the procedures - is very friendly and ready to accommodate. We moved the time of procedures whenever possible at our request. In general, we received 35 procedures and several paid ones. The location of the hotel is very good. This is the center: bus station, supermarkets, museum, all infrastructure. You have to go to the source - this is a good reason to move forward with such an abundance of food in the restaurant. Bathhouse and swimming pool - visited every other day - complete relaxation. Sweet memories of a carefree life! We didn't notice any negativity.Negatives

The sanatorium is wonderful: the comfort of the rooms, the food, the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff - everything is at a very decent level. Geographically, the accommodation is not the closest to the sources, although the walk is only 15 minutes, but maybe this is good, because... You need to walk a lot so as not to gain weight on such a tasty and varied diet. A wonderful pool, not big, but there was always enough space for everyone, usually 2 people swam comfortably, which is most convenient given its width. The treatment base is new, modern, varied, from conventional classical procedures to the use of laser in treatment. There are disadvantages to the treatment (more on them below). There are comments on individual treatment procedures. For example, when I was undergoing lymphatic drainage (and I was doing this procedure for the first time), the nurse asked me: how much pressure should you put, which puzzled me. She answered as much as needed, put as much, then we’ll figure it out.. There was also a cold current from below in the pearl baths, as a result (or maybe a coincidence) I caught a cold and came home sick. Moreover, I reported my complaint to the staff, and they tried to take action. The massage was excellent, and there are no complaints about other procedures either. Everything is fine.

Nothing critical, but there are some small comments: - there is no tea/coffee maker in the room - in the restaurant (buffet) there were simply no hot dishes a couple of times (they weren’t updated in time and were in no hurry to update) - even tea or coffee at lunch/dinner for an additional fee - in our room (400) there was simply terrible wifi (but the room itself was very good, clean, large with windows facing the courtyard and no neighbors - very quiet) - sometimes it was difficult to get an “appointment” with the receptionist (at the spa) - sometimes the line is endless, sometimes it’s at the director’s, sometimes at lunch, sometimes something else - put in a second backup administrator. There was a constant feeling that the girls were doing a big favor. - I didn’t like the massage: each time there is a different massage therapist, the quality mostly leaves room for improvement

The location of the hotel is very good, in the very center of the city, next to the bus station: we went to the local Globus and Tesco hypermarkets to buy gifts for our grandson. If there are no problems with the musculoskeletal system, then the remoteness of the sources does not bother you. I didn’t really like the food - a lot of overcooked and dried out dishes 3. For people with musculoskeletal problems, if there is a need for a drinking course of treatment, the hotel is not suitable - it is very far from the sources.
