The procedures are carried out in one room. The booths are fenced off with thin walls so you can be aware of everyone’s problems. It’s very noisy. The restaurant has 64 seats and the hotel has 80 rooms, so sometimes you have to stand in line. The pool is very!!!!! narrow, not close to four meters. In the sauna there is no supervision from the staff, everyone does what they see fit. Sanitary standards are not observed. Everyone is sitting on the shelves in wet swimsuits

We booked 2 visits to the doctor, but received only 1. Unfortunately, I was prescribed procedures that I did not need at all and brought absolutely nothing. None of the staff could do reflex foot massage, so they either replaced it or did it just anyone, completely unaware of what was what. The restaurant often had cold food, the dishes intended for it were not heated.

Apart from taking out the trash, nothing else was done in the room. The bathrobe is huge, the staff didn't want to change to the small one. The hygiene requirements in the room were missing despite the ample amount of items on the cleaning lady's cart. A weirdo lived with us the whole time.

My husband and I were in Karlovy Vary and Grand Hotel Ambassador for the first time, and we liked everything very much! I want to emphasize the professionalism of Dr. Natalia, a tactful, attentive and very pleasant person! The friendliness of the staff did not leave indifferent: nurses, waiters, maids! As well as a variety of delicious food, cleaning every day and many different medical procedures! And the whole atmosphere in the Grand Hotel just “pulls” you to come to the Ambassador again and again!

But there are also disadvantages. The first is simply terrible cleaning. Both in the room and in the hotel itself, I just wonder who controls this? The hotel is 4 stars, the railings on the stairs are covered with a layer of dust, no one washes or vacuums the stairs themselves. Food it was not tasty, it was not prepared with soul. Requests were not fulfilled immediately, for example, I asked to bring an extra pillow, I waited 4 days. It’s still a pity, some people put their whole soul into their work, while others don’t give a damn.
