Procedures: all our wishes were taken into account (we did not do gas injections, although we saw that the elderly were queuing up for them), the procedures were carried out very efficiently, the staff was friendly and friendly. Of course, people are different and some nurses have more experience, some less. But overall we were VERY pleased. I especially liked Helena and her underwater massage and Charcot shower. 2. We arrived at the hotel before check-in, but were settled instantly. In the process: we asked for extra pillows, there were some nuances with the TV, we clarified information about concerts at the colonnade - everything was resolved instantly. Again: some are more hospitable, some are not, but in general the Reception function is performed clearly. 3. Restaurant (we had breakfast/dinner): not very good, but we weren’t hungry. 4. The hotel is located in a good location, close to restaurants/cafes and shops. It's about 20 minutes to the springs, but we deliberately chose to walk. 5. Separately about wellness: we were often alone there. Swimming pool: 3-4 people maximum, no more room. Saunas: hammam, sanarium and Finnish. VERY COMFORTABLE.Negatives

The rest of the procedures are also up to par. The only thing: the nurse who took the blood for analysis from my wife could not take a sufficient amount, after we noticed that half of the tests were missing, I insisted that they take the blood again and do the remaining tests. They did everything, but When checking out from the hotel, they announced to me that we had an unpaid procedure. I said that we didn’t order additional procedures other than those in the package, and I wouldn’t pay. In the end, the reception agreed with me, and I checked out.Negatives
Everything was fine until one fine day (more like night) towards the end of our stay, I don’t remember Friday or Saturday, at 01.00 at night the siren in the room howled furiously with the words SHAME (“attention” in Czech). There was a fire alarm. The entire hotel began to urgently vacate rooms. The alarm turned out to be false, but my wife and I could not sleep until the morning, and the next day we were completely overwhelmed. Not a single person or administration apologized for the inconvenience caused. It’s as if everything is in the order of things. In short, it seems like Europe, and upon closer examination, the Soviet Union during perestroika.

However, as the doctor said, it is optimal to come for at least two weeks, since the first week is adaptation. Special thanks to the doctor, she gave me some good advice about the disease for the future. We were also very pleased with the food, despite the fact that we had to follow a diet, there were quite a lot of dietary dishes. It takes about 20 minutes to get water. This is neither a plus nor a minus, since after drinking water you need to walk a little more, so we walked to the hotel. Also, the price-quality ratio completely covered the small minus.Negatives

Very boring. There is nothing to do in the evening. The sanatorium has a large hall, very spacious and beautiful, but there is always something going on there for outsiders, and not for the guests of the sanatorium. And one more thing about procedures on weekends. We additionally purchased several treatments, including a full body massage. We were given these procedures for the weekend. A very young girl trainee came. She sat down next to her on the couch, stroked her, just smeared massage oil on her skin and that’s it. Full body massage includes finger and toe massage. She didn't do this at all. Looking out the window, I stroked my back and thighs - and that’s it! For both me and my husband. And so on both days off. A body massage costs 60 € per session in the sanatorium. Sorry, for that kind of money you still expect normal work. And then, it is stated that the body massage lasts 50 minutes, she does 40 minutes. Each time 10 minutes less. We just threw away money and wasted our weekend time.
