Getting to the hotel by car was not easy. It was very difficult for older people like us to get to the hotel with our suitcases from the hotel parking lot. Arranging the trip to Prague with the hotel reception was difficult. We didn't take the trip although we were really looking forward to it. - Small hall/dining room, I think that due to the incomplete occupancy of the hotel this auxiliary hall was used. +- Depending on the desire and ability to walk: to the springs 1-1.5 km one way x 3 times a day. It’s very small for such a hotel. 2. we arrived on vacation at 4, they constantly tried to seat us with someone or share us, which is not very pleasant, 3. There are constant queues for breakfast and dinner, plus the restaurant’s work has been reduced because people do not have time to have breakfast due to procedures and queues. 4. when congresses take place there are generally not enough places. The chef in the restaurant is harsh and unfriendly to Russian speakers!!! 5 food: the choice is not great so to speak. for 2 weeks practically did not change. People often didn't have enough coffee for breakfast. There were few fruits, a couple of times there were watermelons that were no longer sour and not fresh.
