When scheduling the procedures, our wishes were taken into account, and by lunchtime we were already free. The food is high quality and varied: I liked both fish and meat dishes. When contacting the reception, Margarita quickly and masterfully resolved all the problems we had: late check-out, extra lunch and attendance at a symphony concert in the Orpheum Hall. The hotel guests really liked the Easter gift - a concert by soloists of the Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra. I will recommend the hotel to my friends and will come again myself.

A certain distance to the sources only helps to take the walks that everyone needs so much. If I have to return to Karlovy Vary (and I have such a desire), I will choose “Ambassador” again.

If you sit, your feet are cold and your head is hot. If you lie down, the bench is a bit narrow and you slide off (although I’m not big at all). And a very unpleasant smell. To be fair, I must say that the sauna is excellent. Well, the weather in March, of course, is so-so. .. Damp, gray, sunny in 18 days and relatively warm (about 12 degrees) it was only 2 days.
