Wonderful place and staff. The hotel is located in an ideal location to walk everywhere and see everything. The medical staff is simply top notch, well done. I will miss the evenings with the sauna and swimming pool. Very clean and nice.Negatives
One big minus was that it all spoiled every Friday and Saturday until 0200 and sometimes until 0400 there was music playing in their club. The bass just hits the whole room, it's impossible to sleep and the hotel can't do anything about it. If they were there until 00:00, then it would still be possible with this, but it’s just complete chaos. The prices in the minibar in the room are also too high, it’s better not to take anything there.

This is our second visit. The reason for our choice was precisely the location of the sanatorium. Very good location of the hotel, close to the bus station and railway station. station. The hotel is located in the city center, but not in the Tourism Center, about 15 minutes from the healing springs. The staff of the balneocenter is, as always, excellent. SPA: Works like a well-oiled machine. Excellent organization, not a single hiccup in the schedule. They gave everything that was promised. The restaurant staff was pleasant. The food in the restaurant is of the highest standard - all the waiters work very efficiently and politely. European cuisine, buffet, variety. There were no questions about cleaning the room, the maids were smart, everything was replenished on time. Towels were changed every day, bed linen every three days. The main negative is the noise from the bar and restaurant after 11 pm. Every weekend there were events held at the sanatorium, the noise from which kept us awake until about one in the morning (vibrations were felt on the plumbing and in the room).

Neither me, nor my wife, nor our friends from Belarus, who bought a massage for an additional fee, did not like one of the masseuses. I didn’t want to go complain, but the negativity remained. Our room was located on the second floor - every weekend there were events at the sanatorium, the noise from which did not let us sleep - until about one in the morning (vibrations were felt on the plumbing and in the room). When we contacted the reception we were told “Well, this is a club!” I thought I was buying a ticket to a sanatorium. We were not offered to change our room to a higher floor or in another wing. The choice of dishes, in our opinion, has become more modest and does not correspond to the **** hotel. The room was cold. We covered the windows with towels and it was quite drafty. The Ambassador Spa Hotel has very spacious, well-equipped rooms. Very thoughtful, excellent lighting in the room plus useful little things - hangers for trousers, brushes for cleaning clothes and shoes. The shower cabin is well equipped. A standard double room has a large 200x200 cm bed with a good mattress. I really liked the quality of treatment and the attentive attitude of the medical staff. Good food and a 3-course buffet allow you to satisfy your food needs, including those who need to diet.Negatives
I was surprised (in a negative way) by the lack of a cooler with hot water in the hotel dining room during lunch and dinner. That is, tea, coffee for lunch and dinner can only be ordered for an additional fee of at least 2 euros per serving. In many even 3 stars. Hotels have a free cooler with hot water for tea. There were problems paying for the hotel using a card in euros. As it turned out, the card can only be paid in Czech crowns or dollars. As a result, additional costs arose, which could have been avoided by providing payment information on the site in advance.

I would like to especially note the work of physiotherapist Lucia. I arrived with a problem: a lumbar hernia pinched a nerve and my leg lost sensation. During my consultation, the doctor offered me individual exercise therapy classes, reflex massage and water aerobics in the pool - all of this is carried out by Lucia. Reflex massage is almost manual therapy for your problem. The exercise therapy complex, which Lucia patiently and meticulously taught me to do in three lessons, I now do at home myself. Well, of course, a swimming pool with water aerobics is a very useful thing. Lucia is a very conscientious, energetic girl with a good education in physiology. And she is also a fan of her work. I express my gratitude to her for the treatment.Negatives
It is clear that a vacation costs a lot of money and we are able to buy tea, coffee or rent a kettle. But apparently for a Russian person the lack of the opportunity to drink tea and coffee in the room, at lunch and dinner “in the public domain” is a kind of inconvenience.
