The hotel on the ground floor does not have a lobby bar and sofas (or armchairs) for communication and relaxation. And you really want this after dinner (especially in winter). Without this, the hotel looks like a beautiful hospital. And quite far from the colonnade. He awkwardly walks to get water 3 times a day. At a slow pace, 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back (we crossed). In quick steps 20 there and 20 back. Walking for 3 hours during the day to get water is unpleasant.

There is no hall, there is nowhere to sit, meet an arriving guest, or even chat, we understand: you can’t allocate appropriate rooms - the building is ancient, but the interior could be done! The walls and tufting are like in a Soviet hospital. Separate: this is a restaurant! Starting from the service to the kitchen. No cook - a very primitive idea of modern cuisine: no references to diet and so on - hat! He doesn’t know how to do it properly, that’s all. Almost all Russian-speaking visitors say that the food is disgusting. The breakfasts are all right, but the dinners are terrible. But another problem is pathological greed in everything: if you are applying for a buffet, don’t count how much someone took, they stand right above your soul and graze, and the dishes are all cheap. The arrangement of tables is like in a hospital cafeteria, everyone is jostling, the aisles are not thought out - professionals did not work, as they understood, they did so. There were questions about nutrition, but after a conversation with the administration everything was corrected. We have a proposal for the hotel - and we need to listen - the hotel resembles a hospital. When you live for 11 days, you get very tired! There are no beautiful details, but they make up comfort. The hotel is 1.5 years old - it needs a lot of repairs already. Cracks on all the doors, slopes at the elevators, floors in the halls - like after whitewashing! But these are the little things that can be fixed in a couple of days. And I'm sure the next time we come, everything will be ok. We want to come here again.

The reorganization of the room with paraffin applications closer to the Christmas holidays made these procedures uncomfortable. Compared to last year, the coffee machine at breakfast disappeared and coffee was served brewed. Apparently it was brewed in a drip coffee maker. But it should be noted that the quality of this coffee was quite high.

The hotel is renovated and clean. The room was the cheapest - classic. Usually we take the simplest one and look at it on the spot and change it to the one we choose. But here, they didn’t even change the number. Quite spacious and comfortable, maybe a little cool in winter, since there is no heating, only general air conditioning. The food is sufficient and tasty, lots of greens and vegetables. Previously, we were at the Olympia Karlovy Vary Hotel, and the food and restaurant there were much worse, despite the cost of the hotel being twice as expensive. Overall, the Ambassador Hotel is very good! Many additional spa treatments, hardware cosmetology. There is a Thai massage center, but it is better to take spa treatments from local masters. Thai ones work worse, for my taste.

I really liked the hotel, the room was on the 4th attic floor, very large (for three adults), superior, warm, cozy, the Internet worked great. Cleaning every day, plenty of towels, comfortable bathrobes. We didn't know that there would be plastic slippers in the room, so we wouldn't have brought our own. The procedures prescribed for the program were normal, the medical staff was friendly. The food is beyond praise!!! There are many places where we have been, such wonderful breakfasts have not been found anywhere else. Lunches and dinners are also excellent. In 9 days it never happened again. Lots of cheeses, including gourmet Dorblu and Camembert. On our Christmas Eve we had a festive dinner without extras. payment - a lot of delicious dishes and wine as a gift. The reception staff is friendly. We went to a symphony orchestra concert in the hotel’s luxurious concert hall. We had great pleasure. My husband and I rested for the first time in a sanatorium from November 28 to December 10. The staff is very attentive and hospitable. The rooms and the entire building are cleaned regularly. Everyone is trying very hard. They answer questions politely and respectfully. The procedures were scheduled for us at a time convenient for us. The feeding was very good, a lot of fruits and vegetables, despite the fact that it was winter. There is always fish. We recommend visiting this sanatorium. There are small requests to extend the operation of the saunas and swimming pool until 9:30 pm and also at lunch and dinner so that there is tea and coffee. Thank you all sincerely for your work..

There were 3 meals a day, I rarely went for lunch because I didn’t want to eat so much, but there was a buffet (hot dishes ) there were a variety you could choose from. The only negative.....the treatment was prescribed oxygen therapy, which lasts 55 minutes......the treatment itself (where there are chairs and an oxygen machine) was in the relaxation area in the sauna and personally, I was not very pleased to sit and sit for 55 minutes looking at naked people. But maybe for some this is normal.

The location is the main disadvantage - it’s inconvenient to go to drink water 3 times, so you spend the whole day running between sources and procedures, rather than walking for your own pleasure wherever you want. I didn’t like that people from the street (not staying at the hotel) constantly come to the restaurant, occupy tables, and those staying at the hotel have nowhere to sit, the staff shrugs their shoulders. There are a lot of Arabs living there, they wear hats to restaurants, they also sit at tables, shaking their street clothes, not understanding the rules of decency. The hotel also has very uncomfortable pillows.
