There are also criticisms or important information. Areas in the house that should not be entered must be locked from the inside or signs must be put up. Otherwise you will be trapped for hours - as happened to me, on December 24th of all days, if you got into a stairwell but couldn't get back because the doors on the way back were all locked.!!!!!!!!!!!! !!! 2.) It would be nice if 1 reserved table in the restaurant opposite the reception (i.e. Pilsner restaurant) was reserved for hotel guests - because when you as a hotel guest want a place and everything is reserved - that's not good if you then rely on others I have to avoid hotels nearby.

Staying at the hotel left a very pleasant impression. Spacious, high ceilings, clean rooms. We were with our 13 year old son. An extra bed could easily fit. The food is varied and, most importantly in my opinion, delicious. There is always poultry, fish and beef or pork. Built-up block for procedures. Comfortable and bright. All procedures are as scheduled, no need to wait. I am not an expert in the field of spa treatment, but I really liked it. Thank you! The hotel was completely renovated several years ago. The hotel hosted a New Year's ball in a magnificent hall with a stage and two balconies. We sat at a table with the residents of Karlovy Vary. They go to these evenings every New Year after the hotel is restored. Index! I really liked the location of the hotel. It's a ten-minute walk to the springs, but that's good. There is a bus station nearby. Calm Old Town without pompous boutiques (all of this is available in some quantities near the springs). Very good pub!!! Entrance is possible directly from the hotel. Comfortable! Opposite there is a cafe with all kinds of pastries and marzipan figures. Thanks to all the hotel staff for a very comfortable and relaxing stay!Negatives
From the negative - a trifle. There are not always free spaces in the parking lot, but I understand that the parking area cannot be expanded... And! On the last day of our stay, I took a clean glass, poured water, and there was someone’s lipstick...

I went to Karlovy Vary 8 times and each time I stayed in a different sanatorium! The Ambassador hotel is the best of all, it is located a little far away, but this is a big plus, but we walked a lot! The room was super, everything worked and was cleaned every day and exceptionally well!! The food is varied and dietary and very tasty! The staff is polite, competent, works quickly and everything is pleasant!! The treatment was satisfactory and they even wrote out a prescription at my request! Thanks a lot!!Negatives

This was our second time at the Ambassador sanatorium. Everything was great!!! They provided us with a room earlier than they should have, accommodation in an excellent room on the 3rd floor, the service staff is very friendly, welcoming, knows their duties and clearly performs their functions, the head doctor is an excellent specialist, the food in the restaurant is super varied and everything is very tasty, the room is cleaned daily and very thorough, the procedures are excellent, the staff is attentive, polite, smiling. We rested in October at the Grand Ambassador Hotel. We left with a very good impression. Nice rooms, attentive staff, excellent medical procedures (in Karlovy Vary for 14 years already - there is something to compare with). Delicious breakfasts. Lunches and dinners are much more modest. It’s too bad that there was no tea during the day and evening.

the hotel is quite modest, without any pomp. it is very good that it is located at a distance of 1.2 km from the Colonnade... at least three times the marathon distance - there and back... the food is varied, restrained and moderate - there was enough of everything.. fruits and vegetables varied daily.. staff quite attentive.. cleaning every day, linen provided is clean and neat.. The hotel is located in the city center, but not in the Tourism Center, about 15 minutes from the healing springs. Everyone here writes about disgusting pillows. The blankets are the same. The room temperature is set to 21.5 degrees. You can increase it, but you cannot decrease it! This is especially “pleasant” when you live on the top floor and on the street 26-28! In the restaurant, all the first courses and sauces of the second courses are too salty!!! Entrance to the building is via stairs that do not have a ramp. Carry your suitcases! To avoid this, get up and call the receptionist. The doctor is indifferent to everything! At the first appointment, I didn’t even look at the tests I brought with me. At the second appointment, she shrugged her shoulders when she complained about problems with the nasal mucosa. When asked to recommend a pharmaceutical drug, she replied that she did not know! As a result, the hairdresser recommended this wonderful ointment to me!!! In general, half of the vacation - a week - I got used to these disgusting conditions! Na nošení kufrů je Vám kdykoli k dispozici náš portýr, v případě že není zrovna přítomen na recepci náš recepční ho kdykoli přivolá. Naše paní doktorka je zkušený lázeňský doktor s mnohaletou praxí a všichni naši lázeňští klienti jsou s jejími službami spokojeni, mrzí nás Vaše špatná zkušenost. Third time in this hotel. When booking, I asked for a room on the 2nd-3rd floor. The hotel promised by email to accommodate my request. As a result, they offered the 1st or 4th floor. I chose the 4th floor and did not regret it. Very quiet, with the windows closed you can't hear the street noise. True, there was an unpleasant smell in the toilet, room 403. I read on the Internet that the doctor does not see on Sundays, I was pleasantly surprised, the doctor did and made all the appointments. Treatment and nutrition are at the same good level. I really liked the masseuse Petra. Gas injections are just great! There were no questions about cleaning the room, the maids were smart, everything was replenished on time.
