Spent 22 wonderful days at the Ambassador sanatorium. If it happens again, definitely come here. It is very convenient, without leaving the hotel, especially in autumn or winter, to go to a Philharmonic concert in an elegant dress, and sit in a cafe after lunch. And at the same time, there is a very good promenade to the springs... Treatment - a lot of possibilities, cuisine - offers for every taste. The staff are absolutely family people. I liked everything!!! Highly recommend.

Chief physician Irena Tsipova takes into account the wishes of patients when prescribing treatment. The hotel has a friendly atmosphere. The restaurant is excellent, everything is fresh and tasty, the assortment is maintained until closing. Dinners until 21.00, which is very convenient, in time after late walks and excursions. The location is good, a little away from the bustling tourist spots. For good measure, it forces you to move at least three times a day, which is only beneficial. I didn’t like that on weekends, people who come from neighboring countries for a couple of days to relax and shop make a lot of noise in the restaurant. But this is not the hotel’s fault, the Germans have this mentality of talking and laughing for the whole room. A very unpleasant experience.

We vacationed in Ambassador in October. The hotel has been recently renovated, everything is clean, new equipment for procedures. The rooms have climate control, the room is spacious, all the furniture and plumbing are new. Very good doctor Tsipova Irena. She prescribed the procedures taking into account all illnesses, she is very attentive, and takes into account the vacationers’ own wishes when choosing procedures, if they do not cause harm to health. The nurses work well during the procedures and are very attentive. The cleaning was done on time, the maids also worked well. On the negative side, the location is quite far from the sources for those who have pain in their legs. If your legs can still walk, it’s very comfortable, because every time after drinking water you don’t have to think about where to go for a walk. Part of the road runs along a city street, the other half through a park.

Many people come in wearing street jackets, wander around the buffet in them, picking up food, then, without taking off their jackets and hats, sit and eat. The injection nurse does not process the field well, as a result, the entire gown is stained with blood, and I stopped going to see her altogether.
