The rooms are stuffy and it's hard at night. If you open the window, the heating stops working and it quickly becomes cold (we visited in November). Therefore, it will not work to keep it slightly open. Old, very old pillows.

We were treated and rested in this hotel for a week. We really liked it and can only recommend it. We arrived there at 13:00, immediately received the keys to the room and had another appointment with the doctor, even received an excellent massage. Special thanks to the masseuse Lenka, that’s her name. She does a very good massage, this is not only the opinion of my husband and I, but also of everyone who had a massage with her. All the staff are polite. And with the food, everything is excellent, buffet, fruits, desserts, pastries, everything is very tasty. We'll be happy to go there again

There is nowhere more central. But be prepared to go to the springs every day. The minimum was 6.2 km per day, and of course it’s not 10 minutes, as indicated in the advertisement. If you want any kind of treatment, this is definitely not the place for you. It was not just us who was surprised, but everyone we interacted with at the hotel. Terrible spa. I’ve already been to KV 8 times, but I’ve never encountered such an attitude anywhere. There are just girls working in the police, not with people. The baths are small, only suitable for the Chinese. It seems like they pour it with bleach, not thermal bleach. If you want to add flavor - 5 euros. If you want to change the procedure at least once, 400 rubles. Head nurse Yana is impregnable. Tests were scheduled for this time by another doctor - still 150 CZK or 5 euros. Although the equipment is new, everything is very cramped, there are narrow passages. Here you lie in a bag on coal gas, and behind the glass partition they wash the baths constantly, as if water is pouring on your head. Not comfortable at all. Friendly and high-quality corner injections. Well, the massage, like in many hotels, was just a stroke. Very fat, he chokes when he massages you. Really a lot of maintenance with a lot of weight in the spa. Maybe that's why they are clumsy and evil? Previously, I had been to spas in small hotels, but I had never encountered such a low quality of procedures. In general, if you don’t want to spoil your nerves and support yourself with quality treatments, this is definitely not the hotel for you.

I used the services of sanatoriums.com for the first time and was extremely pleased! Professional drivers delivered from the airport to the hotel and back. I chose a fairly good Ambassador 4* hotel for myself, I read from reviews that all the equipment for procedures is new, a high-quality SPA complex - indeed, that’s how it all turned out. The staff at the health complex are friendly, many understand and speak Russian. The hotel is not located in the very center of the old city, but I am a big fan of walking in the fresh air and admiring the scenery, so this is a plus for me. A walk to the nearest “Snake” spring takes 10 minutes. I was very pleased with the food at the hotel, since I took full board, the variety of dishes was important to me. Lots of fruit for dessert, delicious homemade food. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation! I will definitely recommend your site to my friends!)

The location of the hotel is excellent, literally a leisurely 10-minute walk to the springs. There are many shops, restaurants and a bus station nearby. Nice spacious, clean room. Cleaning and change of towels every day, bed linen and bathrobes were changed every three days. Comfortable and wide bed. But the pillows are terribly uncomfortable! Even when, upon request, they changed the pillow to an “orthopedic” one, it didn’t get any better... It would be advisable to add more sunbeds by the pool (there are only 5 of them).

Excellent spa hotel. Nice large rooms with designer renovation. The location is right in the city center next to the train station and bus station. This is convenient for independent travel. Friendly staff at the reception, speaking Russian well. Cleaning every day, change of dressing gowns every six days. The doctor is attentive and prescribes procedures, listening to the wishes of the patients. The girl who schedules the time is also very attentive and friendly, and can change your time if possible. There is one minus and the most important one, the hotel is located at a distance of 1.2 kilometers from the springs, so if you drink water three times a day you will walk 7.5 km. Massages are also prescribed to different masseuses, they do it differently and not always well. A lot of people come on weekends, so on Saturday morning it was difficult to find a table for breakfast. Many of the waiters don’t understand Russian; they had difficulty ordering a bottle of wine for dinner. There are no glasses in the rooms, only glasses, an iron costs 130 CZK, a prescription costs 135 CZK. All additional services are expensive.
