We were there for one week in December with two meals a day and a package of procedures for the 21st procedure. I advise you to immediately take a large package of procedures, because it is expensive to purchase more locally. The Ambassador sanatorium has a very good price-quality ratio. We were pleased with the room, food and treatment. The medical department is quite modern, everything looks decent and cozy. The staff speaks Russian, everyone was friendly. The sauna and swimming pool are located on the lower floors under the medical department and are free of charge. Limitation only on operating time. Three types of saunas, showers and snow for drying, towels, sheets, beds for relaxation. The dining room was not cold, as others have written. Only one day, when they opened the doors to the adjacent hall with the stage, there was a draft coming from there. The restaurant is not big and cozy, the staff tried to pick up dirty dishes on time. The food is just like in the video. We liked it. In the evening, 4 types of tea, water and kefir are provided free of charge. There were always cakes for dinner. The sources where we drank water (11th and 8th) were one kilometer away. We walked in one direction at a calm pace for about 20 minutes. There is parking, it costs 10 euros per day. There was a free trip to Prague. The procedures for this day were tailored for us. At Lazne 3 every day you can find a representative from Sanatoriums, who will offer other types of excursions. For a trip to Prague, we registered with her. I would also like to recommend a walking tour of Karlovy Vary. I liked her.

Everything you need is: food, 3 types of sauna, swimming pool. The hot tubs are just a delight. The range of treatment procedures is impressive. What else do you need for relaxation? Walk for 10 minutes to get water. There are all sorts of shops nearby. The rooms are comfortable, recently renovated, large showers. The food is normal - for breakfast there were 2 types of sausages, eggs, there were pancakes once - very tasty, there are vegetables, 2 types of meat. Parking 10 euros per day.

Great little hotel. Everything you need is there. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the springs, but I’m glad that it’s not uphill. The beds are comfortable, there is a refrigerator, but no kettle. The food is delicious, the restaurant is small, homely, there are 2 side dishes and 2 meats to choose from, there are vegetables. The workers are friendly, the doctor is super.Negatives

This is not the first time I’ve been staying at this hotel. Everything is very satisfactory. I would especially like to thank the man at the reception named Martin, who is always responsive and friendly. As well as the entire staff of the medical department and special thanks to the physiotherapist Lucia, a master of his craft. We will definitely come back!!

The doctor barely spoke German and there were no examinations, not even blood pressure was measured. It was very cold in the restaurant and some people were wearing hats and jackets. Although many have complained, nothing has changed. Many people got sick, including me, and had to forego some treatments. I won't go to the hotel anymore, even though I feel sorry for the staff. We first went to the hotel and wanted to get more information about where it was. A nurse could have been nicer to the patient when answering our questions. The answer is all on the internet. You can read about it. On the last day the bath was very cold and I couldn't enjoy the bath True, no one there anywhere could say, every time you go to the bathroom they leave straight away and are back after 20 minutes, I also said the water is true cold. Answer true they don't have hot water. Bathrobe could be changed at least once a week, and sauna could be until 9 p.m

This is not the first time in this sanatorium. I really liked that they took our wishes into account when we checked in. Many thanks to both Sanatorums and the staff who accommodated us. Arriving at the hotel by car, we had 10 minutes left until the end of lunch. At the reception we were immediately told to go to the dining room so that we would not go hungry. The attitude of the staff is polite and correct. The voucher includes a certain set of procedures, the doctor prescribes them without being greedy, taking into account our wishes. If some procedures are not prescribed, then it is possible to supplement them with paid ones. The food selection is small, but everything is fresh. We didn't go hungry. A problem arose with a carbon dioxide bath, doctor Tatyana quickly solved everything and I received the “unsuccessful” one in the form of compensation for a new one. We can’t say that this is negative....but...a very painful procedure “gas injections”...and not a particularly polite nurse.. Unfortunately, I didn’t remember her name! I was very glad that she went on vacation,, ,she was replaced by other nurses, they were more competent! And I was also very outraged by the wait for a place in the restaurant! AND THE TERRIBLE COLD in the dining room!

We didn't meet a doctor who spoke German. One even spoke neither English nor German. The treatments were very good, but I missed the psychotherapy and gymnastics and the individual approach to my pain. We left a day early because my pain was getting worse. There was a fitness room, but some of the equipment was broken.
