We were there for one week in December with two meals a day and a package of procedures for the 21st procedure. I advise you to immediately take a large package of procedures, because it is expensive to purchase more locally. The Ambassador sanatorium has a very good price-quality ratio. We were pleased with the room, food and treatment. The medical department is quite modern, everything looks decent and cozy. The staff speaks Russian, everyone was friendly. The sauna and swimming pool are located on the lower floors under the medical department and are free of charge. Limitation only on operating time. Three types of saunas, showers and snow for drying, towels, sheets, beds for relaxation. The dining room was not cold, as others have written. Only one day, when they opened the doors to the adjacent hall with the stage, there was a draft coming from there. The restaurant is not big and cozy, the staff tried to pick up dirty dishes on time. The food is just like in the video. We liked it. In the evening, 4 types of tea, water and kefir are provided free of charge. There were always cakes for dinner. The sources where we drank water (11th and 8th) were one kilometer away. We walked in one direction at a calm pace for about 20 minutes. There is parking, it costs 10 euros per day. There was a free trip to Prague. The procedures for this day were tailored for us. At Lazne 3 every day you can find a representative from Sanatoriums, who will offer other types of excursions. We first went to the hotel and wanted to get more information about where it was. A nurse could have been nicer to the patient when answering our questions. The answer is all on the internet. Arriving at the hotel by car, we had 10 minutes left until the end of lunch. At the reception we were immediately told to go to the dining room so that we would not go hungry. The attitude of the staff is polite and correct. The voucher includes a certain set of procedures, the doctor prescribes them without being greedy, taking into account our wishes. If some procedures are not prescribed, then it is possible to supplement them with paid ones. The food selection is small, but everything is fresh. We didn't go hungry. A problem arose with a carbon dioxide bath, doctor Tatyana quickly solved everything and I received the “unsuccessful” one in the form of compensation for a new one.
