This is not the first time I’ve been staying at this hotel. Everything is very satisfactory. I would especially like to thank the man at the reception named Martin, who is always responsive and friendly. As well as the entire staff of the medical department and special thanks to the physiotherapist Lucia, a master of his craft. We will definitely come back!!

The doctor barely spoke German and there were no examinations, not even blood pressure was measured. It was very cold in the restaurant and some people were wearing hats and jackets. Although many have complained, nothing has changed. Many people got sick, including me, and had to forego some treatments. I won't go to the hotel anymore, even though I feel sorry for the staff. Best regards.

We first went to the hotel and wanted to get more information about where it was. A nurse could have been nicer to the patient when answering our questions. The answer is all on the internet. You can read about it. On the last day the bath was very cold and I couldn't enjoy the bath True, no one there anywhere could say, every time you go to the bathroom they leave straight away and are back after 20 minutes, I also said the water is true cold. Answer true they don't have hot water. Bathrobe could be changed at least once a week, and sauna could be until 9 p.m

This is not the first time in this sanatorium. I really liked that they took our wishes into account when we checked in. Many thanks to both Sanatorums and the staff who accommodated us. Arriving at the hotel by car, we had 10 minutes left until the end of lunch. At the reception we were immediately told to go to the dining room so that we would not go hungry. The attitude of the staff is polite and correct. The voucher includes a certain set of procedures, the doctor prescribes them without being greedy, taking into account our wishes. If some procedures are not prescribed, then it is possible to supplement them with paid ones. The food selection is small, but everything is fresh. We didn't go hungry. A problem arose with a carbon dioxide bath, doctor Tatyana quickly solved everything and I received the “unsuccessful” one in the form of compensation for a new one. I have plans to come back again.Negatives

We can’t say that this is negative....but...a very painful procedure “gas injections”...and not a particularly polite nurse.. Unfortunately, I didn’t remember her name! I was very glad that she went on vacation,, ,she was replaced by other nurses, they were more competent! And I was also very outraged by the wait for a place in the restaurant! AND THE TERRIBLE COLD in the dining room!

We didn't meet a doctor who spoke German. One even spoke neither English nor German. The treatments were very good, but I missed the psychotherapy and gymnastics and the individual approach to my pain. We left a day early because my pain was getting worse. There was a fitness room, but some of the equipment was broken.

The buffet in the restaurant is very small, the choice is not very large, and the restaurant itself is a bit small. The dressing gowns are also all old, my husband’s pocket was torn off, they asked to change it, they said no.

Nice place, many shops nearby. For me, 1400 meters to the springs is not far, so I’ll count that as a plus. The hotel is nice. Dietary feeding. The staff is responsive. Comfortable beds, slept great (I don’t understand so much negativity about the pillows, they suited me)Negatives
The staff is sometimes overworked and does not immediately listen to us. The hood works strangely, room 220 sometimes smelled of smoke at night. The restaurant is a bit cramped and there are few drinks. Why not offer juices during lunch/dinner?

Upon arrival, there was indifference at the reception desk. The first time we were at this hotel, we were offered excursions. This time there was nothing like this, either these services are no longer available, or the workers are not interested in it. The food became much worse than the first time. Maybe the chef is different. It’s too bad that the saunas and swimming pool are only open until 20:00. I think next time I will look for another place to stay

Most of the medical staff did their work very efficiently, conscientiously and professionally. Excellent cuisine and choice of dishes. The products were prepared very well. Eating regularly and nutritiously, following a drinking course, I lost 3 kg in 11 days.Negatives
Half of my stay there were problems with the heated towel rail. Some of the health workers were irresponsible in their work. Perhaps it was due to fatigue and heavy workload.
