The only negative: On Fridays and Saturdays in the hotel building itself from 22.30 to 3-4 o'clock in the morning there is a real disco!!! Bass roars throughout the entire hotel. The deluxe rooms and apartments are located in the part of the building above the nightclub, you can even hear the words there)). It's impossible to sleep at all. We have to go there. But if the party is closed, and often it is, then just endure it. The receptionist told me that it was only two days - be patient. They changed our floor from the first to the third - this did not help. The next weekend we were given a room in addition to our apartment (free of charge) on the top floor in the farthest corner, but even there it was a bit noisy. Booked through sanatoriums. com, and I would like to note the impeccable organization of our arrival and stay in Karlovy Vary by this company. The Ambassador has a fairly good medical facility and location, but the old and worn carpets give the hotel a cheap and unkempt look. The doctor doesn’t bother with special focus on the well-being of patients after procedures, just for show, but replaces them with a reasoned request. He starts work either at 9 in the morning or at 10. Excellent nurses - at the reception of the medical department, in physiotherapy and in the baths. Cleaning is good, every day, towels are changed according to the green program. I just don’t understand why normal pillows can’t be placed right away; they have to be ordered, because the ones we have are terrible! There is a disgusting smell in the pool in the evenings. The reception work without any complaints, the staff is friendly. But the manager does not know how to organize work in his absence. The restaurant “forgets” to give out dry rations ordered through her; She congratulates some guests on their birthday in front of others (who also had a birthday the day before, but were not shown the slightest sign of attention). That is, the manager allows situations where some guests feel disadvantaged compared to others, which is unacceptable for a professional. Problems arise in a restaurant when (two hours before the end of dinner time!) there is no longer any hot food, only salads that are prepared from cuts left over from lunch. The good thing is that, if necessary, lunch can be replaced with dinner and vice versa (if, for example, you are on an excursion). There was no live music offered during the stay (or other entertainment).
