1. Procedures: all our wishes were taken into account (we did not do gas injections, although we saw that the elderly were queuing up for them), the procedures were carried out very efficiently, the staff was friendly and friendly. Of course, people are different and some nurses have more experience, some less. But overall we were VERY pleased. I especially liked Helena and her underwater massage and Charcot shower. 2. We arrived at the hotel before check-in, but were settled instantly. In the process: we asked for extra pillows, there were some nuances with the TV, we clarified information about concerts at the colonnade - everything was resolved instantly. Again: some are more hospitable, some are not, but in general the Reception function is performed clearly. 3. Restaurant (we had breakfast/dinner): not very good, but we weren’t hungry. 4. The hotel is located in a good location, close to restaurants/cafes and shops. It's about 20 minutes to the springs, but we deliberately chose to walk. 5. Separately about wellness: we were often alone there. Swimming pool: 3-4 people maximum, no more room. Saunas: hammam, sanarium and Finnish. VERY COMFORTABLE.

We were also very pleased with the food, despite the fact that we had to follow a diet, there were quite a lot of dietary dishes. It takes about 20 minutes to get water. This is neither a plus nor a minus, since after drinking water you need to walk a little more, so we walked to the hotel. Also, the price-quality ratio completely covered the small minus.
