Excellent hotel. The food is varied and very tasty. All the staff (waiters, maids, nurses, administrators) are very friendly, answer all questions and solve problems. The city itself is just a fairy tale! Special thanks for the excursions: The guides are patient and erudite. Thank you all so much for a great vacation!

Ambassador Grand Hotel. We stayed at this hotel twice, in winter and summer 2023. We liked everything: location, food, medical facilities and rooms. The service staff is attentive and responds kindly to requests. I especially want to note the work of Ch. doctor N. Larina. She is a very attentive and qualified doctor.

Unfortunately, Russian was the main language; German and English didn't get much further. On two days there was no internet access in the room despite multiple consultations with reception. One day we couldn't have the restaurant bill booked to our room because we supposedly weren't guests there.

Staff across the board weren't nice from the start. Afterwards we went.... At the reception an older man was rude and unhelpful. Hotel is far from colonnade, for older people. Not suitable for walkers and wheelchairs.

Thank you very much to the sanatorium for your help. Everything was at the highest level! We were met at the airport on time, taken to the hotel (in a great location - in the center, within walking distance), the rooms were ready: large and bright. The treatment was excellent, the food was good (plenty baked goods and cakes, tea, juices, coffee, fruits - always) The SPA is excellent - three saunas, towels, sheets, slippers, bathrobes... Thank you again, next time we will contact the sanatorium for help again. Please let us know when you can place an order for next year.Negatives

The hotel is very well located, close to the center of the city. All treatments were at the hotel, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, well decorated. We liked everything very much. Nice staff, good clean, everything was great except for the small attic room on the fourth floor.Negatives
Attic fourth floor with sloping, small rooms with small windows with one-sided curtains. Equipped like a single room with a double bed, there was no chair in the room, we brought a red chair like in the restaurant, which doesn't match the furniture at all. The slant on the window is over the bed and my wife injured herself twice on the corner of the window. The shower hose in the shower was leaking, I reported it, a man installed the sealing ring, he wanted to change the hose the next day but he didn't come and the hose remained broken until the end of the trip.
