The food is disgusting. The veal is not chewed, the porridge is always almost cold, at lunch and dinner we drink cold water (in a sanatorium!!!). The restaurant looks like a canteen at a car depot. Many people come in wearing street jackets, wander around the buffet in them, picking up food, then, without taking off their jackets and hats, sit and eat. The injection nurse does not process the field well, as a result, the entire gown is stained with blood, and I stopped going to see her altogether. Doctor Irena Tsipova is a professional in her field, she met me on the same day, examined and prescribed all the necessary procedures. Namely, an hour before the end of breakfast, the restaurant staff is physically unable to clear the dishes from the tables - you have to wait a long time, you can’t sit down and start eating). It's the same with food. Some dishes are not updated for a long time or are not updated at all (maybe they have run out). Some of the restaurant staff are unfriendly. Relatively expensive parking.

The doctor sees you twice, listens very carefully, and prescribes everything taking into account your wishes. Procedures can be scheduled flexibly - leave days off, take them earlier or later, etc. The rooms are carefully cleaned and very clean. I will recommend it to everyone I know.

For more than 20 years she vacationed in Kislovodsk at the Zarya sanatorium. If we compare, in Kislovodsk they provide more procedures and many preventive procedures (gum irrigation, gynecology and many others), the quality of the procedures provided is equally good. The food at AMBASADOR is more varied, one might even say tastier, more refined... the only bad thing is that it’s a buffet - I’ve gained weight...))) The location of AMBASADOR suits me - the water, the mountains nearby, and relative silence. There are more mountain paths in Karlovy Vary, no matter how much I love my Kislovodsk. Although the mountain landscapes in Kislovodsk are more picturesque and varied... For the money - almost the same thing. Minus/plus of Karlovy Vary - GOOD shopping: I almost spent all the money (this happens to me extremely rarely) and could not devote every second half of the day to walks in the mountains (what about shopping?..). I'm glad I tried Vary, and I think I'll go here next year. Yes, and the excursions are educational and varied.Negatives

Location: on the one hand, it is very good that you had to walk 1.5 km to the colonnade (9 km per day), but if someone, like me, has 5-6 procedures in the morning, find this half an hour (or more), drinking water half an hour before meals is sometimes difficult. I would especially like to note the work of the head physician of the sanatorium, Irena Tsipova: an individual approach to patients, professionalism, human charm and the desire to make the stay in the sanatorium comfortable. Tea and coffee only for breakfast. You should definitely have tea for lunch and dinner for several reasons (in cool weather you don’t want to drink cold water, especially if you have a cold or are sick).
