The food does not correspond to the star rating of the hotel. Ordinary dining room. Everything is very monotonous. Same cheese, same ham. You can't look at vegetables without crying. Fruits are melon, watermelon which is not edible and pineapple. The cheapest cakes and cookies. The coffee is terrible. We rested and recovered in April 2019. It looks pompous, but very cozy hotel. It is equipped with the latest equipment, offers an extensive list of treatment procedures, and attentive and responsive staff. I was impressed by the spa treatments; use of the saunas is included in the price. The food is tasty and varied. It may seem that it is a little far from the drinking springs, but in my opinion this is only a plus, a 10-15 minute walk along the picturesque route. Not all the staff are friendly, there is a biased attitude if you speak Russian. The guy with the ponytail at the reception didn't even greet my mom back. They also talk a lot and loudly, especially the women in the restaurant. The doctor prescribes procedures, writes in Czech on the spa card, and the nurse during the procedure (mud applications) asks me: “I don’t understand what the doctor wrote to you!” Should I know Czech? But she can’t ask the doctor herself?! And a number of similar comments.
