Very clean, comfortable rooms. Climate control in the room, it is very comfortable. Friendly staff. Everything is for you. Any requests were fulfilled promptly and with a smile. I was late for the procedure and without further ado they rescheduled it for another time. Amazing desserts. Thank you, your stay at the hotel was pleasant.

Still a bit far from the sources. If you have problems with the musculoskeletal system, this is definitely not your option. I have no problems with this, but it takes a lot of time, I had to run, get up earlier in order to have time to drink water and have breakfast before the procedures. Of course, if you are a morning person, then this is not an obstacle. I am a night owl, I really didn’t want to get up in the morning. The food is quite monotonous, the choice of dishes is small, after a week it became a little boring (except for desserts).
Good treatment, pleasant attitude from the staff, calm atmosphere, convenient schedule of procedures, pleasant stay.

For several days we saw a poster at the entrance to the restaurant: “all seats are taken”; we were told: “come back later, there are no seats...”. I think this is not right for a four star hotel.
Everything is fine as always, food, treatment. The location is not close to the springs, but for us this is a plus - we walked up to 6-7 km a day. Great pool and jacuzzi.

For 12 days I didn’t get tired of the food (just enough dishes to choose according to your taste and even too much) Thanks to the doctor (he took into account our wishes) Perfect silence in the room - thanks to the good old walls. Cleaning, bathrobes, towels, comfortable rubber slippers (for procedures) - everything without complaints! I liked the location of the hotel. There are NO minuses! We spent a wonderful 7 days at the Ambassador Hotel. The only thing that can be said as criticism is that we did not have enough hot drinks (tea, coffee) at dinner. The water offered for lunch, although flavored with lemon, tasted like regular tap water. Otherwise, tasty, varied food. Clean, comfortable and cozy rooms.
We stayed for 10 days, everything was great. Friendly staff, good food, excellent treatment. I liked everything very much. We are planning to go again next year.
