There was no kettle in the room, they offered about 120 rubles per day for an additional fee, which is expensive. After taking a bath, they do not offer rest, you go straight to the next procedure, this happened in other hotels, for example in Windsor. The treatment cabins are very small and they have a common ceiling, you can hear everything, there is no insulation, so it is not possible to completely relax in the bath.

Naše velmi prostorné SPA oddělení bylo architektem navrhnuto do prostorů 115 let staré budovy a je velmi prostorné oproti ostatním hotelům, mrzí nás jestli pro Vás tento prostor nebyl dostatečně odpočinkový a dáváte přednost uzavřenějším prostorům.

We vacationed at the Ambassador Hotel from June 13 to June 23, 2017 and can recommend this hotel for a vacation. The rooms are excellent, very comfortable, modern, clean. The food is not just tasty and healthy, but also exquisite. For gourmets - they will appreciate it!! If it’s fish, it melts in your mouth, meat with such sauces that “you can eat bast shoes” with them, many different delicious salads... If you are “virtually healthy”, this is the right place. Please note that the sources are about one and a half kilometers from the hotel, and three times a day for three kilometers... We liked it because it is an excellent workout for the leg muscles and for the heart, but calculate your strength...

Very beautiful hotel "Ambassador", service, food was very good, linen was changed daily, bathrobes were changed quite often. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Despite the fact that the hotel was located quite far from the sources (20 minutes of fast walking and 25 minutes of normal walking one way), we found this a plus - walking on foot is very useful and even with such good nutrition we lost a little weight and were always in tone. The treatment, with some reservations, is also very good and has a beneficial effect on the body, tone and mood. We hope to come there next year.

The only downside to the schedule of treatment procedures was that the drinking regime, the timing of meals and procedures did not always coincide well. Some nurses, perhaps due to the large number of patients, forgot to remove the device on time and had to do it themselves.

The hotel pool is a bit small, and it takes about 20-25 minutes to get to the springs, 40 minutes there and back, this is certainly useful, but sometimes tiring (for older people). And everything is wonderful. I want to come back!

In more difficult situations, people walked 30 minutes to the source. They, just like I, read on your website that the walk to the springs is 10 minutes. I think you need to indicate the distance from the hotel to the springs in kilometers, and then everyone will decide how long it will take them to cover this distance. There was another unpleasant moment: During the initial examination, the doctor prescribed 43 for me, and 41 for my husband, instead of 54. I had to go back and deal with this situation. It would be good to know in advance that no more than how many procedures of the same name can be offered so that you can choose. I was prescribed 5 manual massages during my 21 night stay, my husband - 6. This seems to me not entirely correct. Still, treatment should be systematic, at least every other day, 3 procedures of the same name per week.
