They put us in room 414. It was very hot, the air conditioning didn’t work. The room under the roof had a small window and no ventilation. I went to the reception, but they didn’t change anything. They brought a fan. And that’s 4 stars! The vacation was ruined. Next year I will think about whether to vacation in Ambassador.

Rather, wishes for those who have trouble falling asleep - it’s noisy at night, the center, there are a lot of cafes, you can’t open the window, they make noise all night, and the air conditioners are set automatically and don’t work very well. In the summer, I want more vegetables and greens (zucchini, cabbage, stewed, baked eggplants), but there was very little of this. The doctor Irena Tsypakova does not work, and the male doctor did not even listen, we brought extracts from the medical history, we realized that no one needed this.

Naše velmi prostorné SPA oddělení bylo architektem navrhnuto do prostorů 115 let staré budovy a je velmi prostorné oproti ostatním hotelům, mrzí nás jestli pro Vás tento prostor nebyl dostatečně odpočinkový a dáváte přednost uzavřenějším prostorům. The food is not just tasty and healthy, but also exquisite. For gourmets - they will appreciate it!! If it’s fish, it melts in your mouth, meat with such sauces that “you can eat bast shoes” with them, many different delicious salads... If you are “virtually healthy”, this is the right place. Please note that the sources are about one and a half kilometers from the hotel, and three times a day for three kilometers... We liked it because it is an excellent workout for the leg muscles and for the heart, but calculate your strength...

Despite the fact that the hotel was located quite far from the sources (20 minutes of fast walking and 25 minutes of normal walking one way), we found this a plus - walking on foot is very useful and even with such good nutrition we lost a little weight and were always in tone. The choice was made due to the availability of the latest equipment and a rare procedure for Karlovy Vary, aimed at accelerating recovery after prolonged stress in combination with residual effects after injury (audiovisual programs for the brain, I am a doctor and deeply versed in this technique).
