My husband and I were on vacation in May. Upon arrival at the hotel we were offered a welcome glass of champagne, which was welcome. In the hotel itself there are jugs of clean water, lemon and mint almost everywhere. We were greeted politely at the reception by competent and friendly specialists - we checked in immediately and carried our luggage to our room. I would like to especially say about the specialists at the meeting - they were all polite, they responded to any question - connecting the phone, organizing trips, concerts, ordering a transfer, explaining where to get there and how. Many thanks to Margarita and everyone!!! We stayed in a classic room. Quite spacious room, large (220) double bed, all hygiene items in the bathroom. I would like to definitely note the cleanliness - it is surprising and at the same time pleasant that all the linen does not smell of anything - neither fragrance, nor powder, and at the same time, it is snow-white and soft, so hello to the laundry!!! The food in the restaurant, as they say, is of the highest standard - all the waiters work very efficiently and politely. The cuisine is European, buffet style, the variety, of course, is not the same as in Turkey, BUT, no one suffers from this. We paid for breakfast and dinner, you can change it if you wish, they go to a meeting without any problems if you notify us in advance. This has happened to us more than once - it’s associated with trips and excursions. Everything is delicious and exquisite, both prepared and served. If it's duck, it tastes like duck; if it's turkey, it's tender and beautifully presented. As a lover of fish dishes, I would like to mention the excellent carp in oyster sauce! Here is an example of one breakfast - cottage cheese with dried fruits, egg white omelette with ham, vegetable pancakes, fruit salad, Bavarian sausages, rice pudding, meringue cakes and coffee, coffee...infinitely delicious. It was eaten by one person - why do we also need lunch or dinner?!:::))) And if we add to this a luxurious concert hall, where you can also have lunch, then Doctor Irena (chief physician) met in a wonderful mood for the whole day at the same time day, and immediately prescribed, if the necessary tests were available, the entire package of medical services. In the medical department, all the nurses are responsive, strictly adhere to time, and try to please while performing procedures. The treatment block itself is delightful, the decor is made of natural wood, you hardly meet anyone, you don’t sit in line. Everywhere is clean and beautiful. The pool is small, but a very cozy relaxation room, candles, soft sun loungers. We took aqua classes - it’s amazing, you sweat (sorry for the details) from real physical activity, considering that it was just the two of us in the pool with my husband! The resort very much welcomes family wellness. We were pleased with the paraffin baths for hands and feet. Excellent massage therapists - the procedure lasts 20 minutes, but it feels like an hour. I went to sessions on psychological relief - prevention of headaches and stress. A very useful device. My husband and I took gas injections. There is not enough space to list everything. Dear gentlemen of the sanatorium, I am grateful to you for your attentive attitude to my request for a timely reservation, but I have only a negative impression about the ambassador. firstly, in the provided room there was some kind of persistent smell of an old person, maybe it was the smell of corvalol, which I reported to the reception, secondly, the medical facilities do not correspond to my ideas of a sanatorium of this level, thirdly, I chose this sanatorium because there There is a spinal traction procedure, but I was given only one session and so on I won’t list everything.. Что касается тракции позвоночника, то это весьма серьезная процедура, которую не назначают регулярно (так как она может иметь некоторые негативные последствия). Ее должны проводить только после изучения снимков МРТ. И в Карловых Варах не специализируются на вытяжении позвоночника, поверьте нашему опыту в изучении санаториев курорта. The sanatorium has a very good location, although it is far from the colonnade, but this did not overshadow us, even after a 15-minute quiet walk in the fresh air, near the thermal bath there are stalls selling fried sausages, liqueurs and sweets. Instead of lunch, sip mead and eat sausage with baked cheese and drink a glass of cold beer. Many thanks to the attending physician and medical staff, the massage therapist Zhdanka liked the special attention. The procedures are all good and most importantly everything is on schedule, the pool, although small, is free and available at any time, the sauna is just super. You don't feel welcome at this resort. Everything is very cold and indifferent! We left at 7-05 in the morning and couldn’t even get coffee - the restaurant simply wasn’t open.... The doctor’s appointment took 5 minutes, but we waited for him for 2 days. Inconvenient times for procedures - indifferent to requests and wishes! We rested at the end of March, we liked everything: a cozy spacious room on the 3rd floor, the windows overlooked the street. Zeerova, we don’t complain about noise, the music in the bar didn’t disturb us, the room cleaning was high quality, towels and bathrobes were changed upon request. Doctor Irena Tsipova is an excellent professional, very attentive, and gave valuable recommendations. When scheduling the procedures, our wishes were taken into account, and by lunchtime we were already free. The food is high quality and varied: I liked both fish and meat dishes. When contacting the reception, Margarita quickly and masterfully resolved all the problems we had: late check-out, extra lunch and attendance at a symphony concert in the Orpheum Hall. The hotel guests really liked the Easter gift - a concert by soloists of the Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra. I will recommend the hotel to my friends and will come again myself.Positives
