We spent a wonderful 7 days at the Ambassador Hotel. We were pleased with our stay: large room, excellent beds, good food and treatment. Excellent sound insulation, all rooms have double doors. Room 301 standard double on the 3rd floor, windows on the street. overlooking the rooftops of Zeerova Street. Clean, comfortable and quiet. you can sleep even with the window open and there is no noise. The “Ambassador” has very professional staff. We thank the receptionist Martin for his excellent work, for his practical advice and help. The food in the restaurant is of the highest standard - all the waiters work very efficiently and politely. European cuisine, buffet, variety. We paid for breakfast and dinner, you can change it if you wish, they go to a meeting without any problems if you notify us in advance. Everything is deliciously prepared. It’s a pity that tea and coffee for lunch and dinner are paid... (with such a delicious dessert) Drinks are included in the price only for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner there is water with mint, separately with lemon and separately clean. On the first day of arrival you are received by a doctor, examined, communicated and prescribed sources that suit you. The procedures are excellent, for improving health, pneumopuncture, electrotherapy, Charcot, massages, baths, masks, paraffin, etc. 4-5 procedures per day Many thanks to the attending physician and medical staff, Attentive team of employees! Any questions are resolved instantly! The nurses at the spa are all attentive and smiling. Excellent quality of procedures. All procedures were strictly within the specified time. The registration employee, Ekaterina, is always ready to help. Thank her very much! Friendly honey. staff, I would especially like to mention the masseuse with extensive experience Iva (room No. 34) for an excellent massage! The sanatorium is very well located, although a little far from the colonnade, but this did not overshadow us, even just 30 minutes of quiet walking in the fresh air, an excellent warm-up before meals, and plus a magnificent road along the main street and along the river. We will definitely come back and preferably for 2 weeks!

The climate control in the room worked strangely, i.e. the temperature did not drop below +21.5 degrees, it was stuffy in the room, so we slept with the window open. The chair in the room was rickety, a piece of plastic from a decorative chandelier fell to the floor, we had to call a repairman., due to a draft in the room, a glass for which we paid 50 crowns fell and broke. Unfortunately, there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room (you took your own kettle) Cleaning: Linen was not changed for 7 days, towels were changed daily. It's a bit far from the colonnade (20 minutes one way). With such a busy schedule of procedures, there is not always this time (you need to drink medicinal water 3 times a day - 30-40 minutes before meals). Смена постельного белья проводится раз в 5 дней или по необходимости ( по просьбе гостей отеля). Отель расположен в центре города, а не в центре курортной зоны, однако регулярные прогулки к источникам являются неотъемлемой частью курортного пребывания.
