Everything was great except the weather. But we took the time to enjoy the city and its history by visiting the Karlovy Vary Museum including our trip to Prague with the exceptional guide Nelena. Of course, one week is not enough, so we wanted to do everything we had planned. We had excellent procedures, 18 of them were included in the package. But I especially recommend buying a massage that you won’t regret: Thai for all parts of the body, we took 1 hour - just fine, or Thai for the legs for 30 minutes if it’s a little tight financially. One big minus was that it all spoiled every Friday and Saturday until 0200 and sometimes until 0400 there was music playing in their club. The bass just hits the whole room, it's impossible to sleep and the hotel can't do anything about it. If they were there until 00:00, then it would still be possible with this, but it’s just complete chaos. A standard double room has a large 200x200 cm bed with a good mattress. I really liked the quality of treatment and the attentive attitude of the medical staff. I was surprised (in a negative way) by the lack of a cooler with hot water in the hotel dining room during lunch and dinner.
