Horrible attitude of the resort staff. The doctor is inadequate, she prescribed the wrong treatment, I have hypotension, she prescribed procedures to understand the pressure. It was terribly bad. Now I feel worse than before the sanatorium. And in general, how can you keep such doctors? I came to see her because my speech is slow due to my illness, so she started making faces at me!! What is this anyway?? I complained to the reception, they said “she has a headache.” Question for the administration of the sanatorium “Krivan”: are you blind or deaf there? Wasted money and wasted time. I do not recommend this “treatment” to anyone. Avoid this sanatorium on the tenth road if you don’t want complete disappointments and wasted nerves.

We were only there for 1 week, but we missed at least 1 cultural event/dance. The wine bar listed on the notices, which offers dancing three times a week, is probably closed because the telephone number doesn't exist either. We should do better research because we made our way there for free and the evening was over. It was not removed even after it became known and the complaint was made. There are many paths in the hotel that involve stairs and could be a problem for those with walking difficulties.

Medical services. During my stay there was an aggravation of an insured event. No help was provided; the prescription was written only on the third day of illness. The request for injections was not granted. Replacements for missed medical procedures are not provided. Due to an insurance claim, I was forced to visit the clinic. The reception desk did not take into account the explanations for this case, and as a result, the procedures were lost. Food The menu does not indicate what origin of meat is in the cutlets. The breakfast buffet also cannot suggest the origin of the meat sausages. The pilaf was not made from rice. It's impossible to eat dumplings. Bread products are limited, you have to go and look for bread everywhere. There are no fruits, in two weeks the following were provided: 1 banana, 2 kiwis, 2 apples. The staff is not knowledgeable enough about the menu. One attendant per hall is not enough. I really didn't like the food in general. The payment is not small, so it is necessary to improve the range of food and service.

I liked everything very much. At first they gave me a room in building 3. It made me uncomfortable. I suffered for a week, then asked for help. They changed it without any problems. The food is varied, healthy, and the dishes are beautifully presented. 😋. The staff is friendly. I have already booked the next visit for myself and my friends to the same hotel for March.
