Quality - declared 3*, i.e. a good Soviet hostel. The quality of treatment is questionable - there are few “basic” (massage, baths, mud) procedures - most of the procedures are ineffective (lymphatic drainage, inhalations, magnet). It is probably better to take a 4* hotel that is comfortable in terms of accommodation and food, and purchase additional procedures as needed.

Treatment: The only negative moment was when I received a small burn while treating my hands with paraffin. But I was immediately offered, in return, treatment using new equipment. All other treatment procedures are ideal. Food: the names of the dishes do not correspond to those served.

The nurses are not doing a good job. Ungrova Adela always made scandals if patients were a little late. This happened to me and to other patients. People were late because they had to go to the source and did not meet the deadline. The schedule of procedures is disgusting. I had procedures performed 7 times at 12.30 and 12.50 and it was impossible to get to lunch or be late for the procedure. So the nurse at the list of procedures (a very rude woman) gave me a pool on April 23 at 12.30. How can you swim with a full stomach after lunch, and the session is 45 minutes, and lunch is until 13.30. She treats Russians very badly.

We were not very pleased with the attending physician, Dr. Machutka. The first appointment turned out to be very superficial; later they wanted to change the procedures based on how I was feeling, but the doctor didn’t even listen to anything and practically escorted me out of the office. I would not like to see him in the future.

Being 5 minutes late for the procedure is considered a reason for refusal of the procedure. It is possible to either increase the delay time to 10 minutes, or reduce the procedure time by the time of delay. A complete refusal to carry out the procedure is too categorical an option, and it greatly spoils the impression of the entire vacation.

Excellent location of the sanatorium "Krivan". Very good cleaning of the rooms. During the two weeks of stay, the bed was changed three times and the bed linen was new and very clean. Most of the carbon baths and all the galvanizing were done by Petra, and this was a big positive. The food was tolerable..Negatives
The dinner is very short in time, which is inconvenient. There is no fresh fruit and, in my opinion, too much fried food. The procedures are divided into main and additional. The head doctor divided my 12 main procedures into 4, but I think more of them give the effect. There were unpleasant ladies at the endo vacco , working on this procedure. And in general, the quality of all procedures in the sanatorium depends on who does them.
