I was on vacation in the Czech Republic in Krivan from 11/16/23 to 11/29/23, I was very pleased, the medical staff are all very polite, they all work smoothly and there is no need to wait on time, I would like to mention the massage therapist Tatyana, she is a professional in her field. I would also like to say about the head doctor, competent and polite. The food is varied and suits me quite well. I plan to visit this wonderful place again next year and stay at this hotel

The food has no taste at all, the choice is according to the list, where there are only 5 alternatives, a piece of fruit for each (there is no choice) apples, orange, melon, in general, whoever managed to eat it, and the rest just look into other people’s plates (terrible,) there is nothing to eat breakfast, there is nothing to drink coffee not possible (in thermoses it’s barely warm and soluble!!!! For dinner you have to ask for sandwich butter but you don’t always get it,???!!!!!) The nurses are just waiting for you to feed them, I don’t complete the procedures on time and in numbers For example, we bought additional gas injections (36 injections for 16 euros, that is, 72 euros) but personally, I received from 25-30 maximum, I counted!!! The massage is terrible (only 2 staff can do it, respect them) the staff in the water baths are very rude, you feel like you are lying in her personal bath, slamming doors, your face is always dissatisfied! In general, I do not recommend it to anyone!!!! It’s a shame, I vacationed at (English Court) last year, I really liked it, I recommended it to everyone..... but this hotel 😱. Just what you write beautifully about the hotel but nothing corresponds!!!!

Nutrition policies should be reviewed. It is IMPOSSIBLE to eat 3 cabbage salads for lunch and dinner all 10 days in a row: - one cabbage with cucumber - the second cabbage with pamidors - and the third, cabbage with carrots. In general, you either need to change the driver or send him for training. In any case, something needs to be done about nutrition. The food is simply terrible.

Regarding the staff, the doctor at the premium first of all gave me a form to sign without explaining what to sign. I forgot to schedule 11 procedures and tests that were paid for. When I asked to complete the procedures, the nurse behaved irritably (the doctor was not there). Unfortunately, I never received a refund.

We checked into the hotel on Sunday, right after lunch, and only received an appointment with the doctor on Monday afternoon; as a result, we didn’t receive any procedures on Monday, which made us very upset. When we bought the ticket, they promised that there would be Moorpackung in the procedures, in fact this was not the case. Very annoying!!! They were not happy with the doctor’s appointment, it was very dry, without initiative, it seemed like they prescribed the procedures for themselves.

well not even sure where to start! Food, we were welcomed with a plate of spam, basically i would not even feed my dog with that! Medical staff what a Joke!!!! nurses- rude literally all the time, don’t think they know how to talk nice, one nurse doesn’t even look like she’s qualified. Doctors- not interested even to listen to you, rude, absolutely disgusting way of talking to patients!!!!! Head Doctor well i have never met such a person in my life, she definitely shouldn’t be working with people, rude, disrespectful, disgusting behaviour!!!!!!! closed door in front of my face after shouting at me.

The admitting doctor, MUDr.Chl., is an imposition. Three minutes before the start of the admission interview I dared to knock on the open door and take ONE step into the room. She then pounced on me like a fury, yelled at me and slammed the door in my face. Dear Dr., please don't forget, it is our money that pays for your living expenses. About the rooms (and please don't forget, we're talking about a sanatorium here, i.e. a facility that is supposed to help sick people get better): You sit on the toilet and look at a completely dirty paper holder, look above you and see a towel holder , which is rusted and only hangs loosely on the wall, you look into the shower and see the water in it and an approx. 40x40 cm large stain of lime and dirt. A tile that came apart on the shower tray, rusted screws on the mirror. In the bedroom there is a completely dirty carpet with red stains (no, not the pattern), old, scratched furniture, a drawer in the cupboard for valuables that cannot be locked (locks in both cupboards broken), very noisy rooms (our neighbor had audible problems with his digestion) . Mattresses are probably older than the hotel, which meant that my wife and I ended up meeting in the "visitor crack" every night. Overall, the accommodation is a disaster. Conclusion: I don't understand why this hotel got 3 stars. 1 star seems justified, anything beyond that is incomprehensible.

Poor quality of food, there are practically no fruits, they are cut microscopically and there is little of them, if you arrive 30 minutes late, many dishes are no longer there, nervous staff, faster, faster, the plate will be carried away from under your nose. Lack of black or green tea for dinner, instead of some kind of brew. The salads are not tasty. Many products are processed several times: sausages are made into soup, soups are also inedible, yesterday’s cutlets are used to make stew, etc.

There is some confusion with the paid use of the pool. The staff at the reception desk cannot accurately tell you the opening hours of the paid visit. To visit the pool for a fee, you must first go down to the pool itself, where they should give you some kind of piece of paper, with which you need to come to the reception, pay 4 euros for one hour, then you can go back to the pool. Moreover, whether you will be given a pass in the pool or not is not at all guaranteed. The instructions received upon check-in say that the pool is open until 21-00. I came to the pool at 19-00 with the question “can I visit the pool for a fee”, and the employee at the pool, who practically did not speak Russian and did not speak English at all, tried to explain something incomprehensible to me, and then began to attack me scream (which is generally an unprecedented fact) and in the end - she didn’t explain anything to me and didn’t write anything out. An attempt to explain the situation at the reception desk also led to nothing... In short, a paid visit to the pool is some kind of extremely confusing story. There are no clearly stated conditions anywhere on how this system works. What are the opening hours for paid visits? What is the invoicing and payment procedure? Is it possible to buy for 1.5 hours? For 2 hours? All these questions puzzled the staff. It seems that I was the first person who wanted to buy a paid visit to the pool and the staff did not know how to politely refuse me. I was especially struck by the pool employee who screamed at me loudly and for a long time. This shocked me so much that I didn’t even think to write a complaint. So it goes...
