The service staff is equally attentive and responsive to all requests. You feel great in the sanatorium. The sanatorium is located in the very center. It is very convenient to drink water early in the morning and at lunchtime, when there is little time between procedures, and in the evening, when you can take a walk, admire nature, look at vacationers, go to events - everything is nearby, in a beautiful place.

The “fly in the ointment” in this “barrel of honey” (the Russians have such a saying) is nutrition. The level is like in a student canteen. Apparently the chef is stuck in the distant past. Spoils the whole picture of the sanatorium. Everything is primitive, not tasty. Salads are just grated vegetables, baked goods are just tasteless biscuits. The hot dish menu consists of 12 offers, but everything is prepared the same, there is nothing to choose from, the portions are small. But food costs a lot of money! If it were possible to improve the quality of food, the rating of the sanatorium would be very high!
Как известно, Карловы Вары специализируются на лечении желудочно-кишечного тракта. Блюда готовятся согласно диет. В меню есть выбор из 12 блюд (свинина, говядина, баранина, рыба, птица, фарш, сладкие блюда, блюда из яиц, овощные блюда, холодные блюда и последние два приема пищи для строгой диеты №2 и №4). Меню рассчитано на 3 недели (21 день). Мы не можем согласиться, что продукты являются одинаковыми. Мы предоставляем как салаты, так и нарезанные или тертые овощи. Special thanks to the staff, everyone is polite and smiling. Spacious room (1 bed), snow-white linen, cleaning every day. The medical staff is wonderful, they greet you and see you off with a smile, they explain everything. I'm happy, it's a pity that I only came for 2 weeks.

The only negative of my stay in Krivan is the cuisine. There is very little fish and even that is fried. Not enough baked goods, not enough fruit. I would like some variety in the menu.

I would not call treatment in a sanatorium treatment as such. Rather, it is the maintenance and restoration of the body's strength. For treatment, you probably need to take at least the most basic tests. I arrived at the sanatorium with severe pain in my shoulder, and I left with it, despite all the procedures. I was saved only by painkillers. I didn’t like the food, it was too monotonous, but apparently this was due to the low price. But all the negativity is compensated by the location of the sanatorium, good ecology, and beautiful views of the city.
The hotel is located well: not on the first line where there are many tourists, but at the same time close to the springs. Large medical base.

We were there from 22.08 to 04.09. attentive, respectful, friendly attitude of all the staff, the quality of treatment is decent and the proximity to the sources is a big advantage.
I admire the work of the massage therapists. I thoroughly enjoyed all the procedures with thermal water. Comfortable room. Very clean. Friendly and efficient waitresses.

Your cook is a boring person who doesn’t like his job. From the set of products that was at his disposal, you can create a lot of things, but he cooked the same thing. We had to get it from the outside, and this is not very good for the hotel’s reputation. The bed in the room was very narrow, although the size of the room allowed for something more comfortable. The schedule of procedures was not compiled in the best way: three different types of massage on one day, long intervals between procedures.
The sanatorium met all expectations, which was greatly facilitated by the announcement and photographs on the website. - Fast, warm welcome (friendly girls at the reception: especially Martina), - Accommodation in a room taking into account the wishes expressed in advance, - Good medical facilities located in the same building, - Professional staff - thanks to the attending physician (office 7), masseuses Alena and Daniela, maid Galina, - Very lucky with their table neighbors ☺☺☺ And, of course, the location of the Krivan building. Many thanks to Eva, we asked for two rooms so that they were not far from each other, the request was fulfilled. Cleaning was done every day, everything was enough to feel comfortable, thanks to the maid for that. There are a lot of procedures and they are varied, the girls in the treatment rooms are attentive. The prescribed procedures are not discussed by the doctor and you learn about them from a printout, but there are procedures with which you do not agree, and the time for the next visit to the doctor is running out and there are fewer necessary procedures. It is desirable that the doctor discusses and explains the proposed procedures. But I want to make a reservation, maybe not all doctors act this way. And also. It would be desirable that hygiene be more carefully observed in the rooms for water procedures.
