We (me and my husband) were on holiday in Karlovy Vary for the first time. It so happened that we chose the Krivan Hotel and did not regret it. Located in the center, there is parking, springs nearby. All procedures are located in the same hotel. The staff is friendly. They answer all your questions clearly and recommend the best. We really liked the food. Thank you!

The room was good and clean. They cleaned every day and it wasn't very intrusive. But the view from the window was onto a courtyard where a car always came in the morning at 5 o'clock to collect garbage. The staff on the floor were very friendly. The staff who receive and accommodate you, I would say, are a little rude or simply tired from the flow of visitors. The food for breakfast is very good and there is a lot of choice, but lunch and dinner are poor. Little choice. There are practically no fruits. In two weeks we were given 2 kiwis and one apple. The doctor who received us was very friendly and listened. She practically gave the procedures that I asked for. But the second appointment was with a man of 55-60 years old. He just wants to write something faster and send him away. I was not satisfied with him and even upon departure I did not go to see him again. Not enough procedures are included in the paid voucher. The restaurant has a very friendly male bartender. If I go next time, it will definitely not be to this hotel.

I liked the attentiveness of the head nurse. 5. The head doctor listened to me with extraordinary kindness and sympathy, prescribed good treatment, and gave excellent professional advice. I would like to come to the sanatorium "KRIVAN" again. I hope that next time I will book a trip to the sanatorium again using the "Sanatoriums.com" system. A wonderful sanatorium, a good, polite doctor, there is no language barrier, it feels like you are not abroad. The rooms are very good, it is best to take a double room, even if you come on vacation alone. The single rooms here are a little cramped, you feel like you are in a punishment cell. In a two-seater, of course, it feels completely different. The treatment I received was exactly what I wanted, my health has improved, plus the atmosphere in the sanatorium and the resort is generally favorable.

We are very pleased with the holiday spent in Karlovy Vary. We stayed in Krivan, we were checked in and settled in very quickly. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable, everything worked properly. The procedures were general strengthening since there were no special health problems. I was not delighted with the food, well, the buffet in Karlovy Vary is not a buffet in Turkey. It's a big difference. In the evening the hotel is a bit boring, and on weekends there is nothing to do here at all; it’s better to go on excursions. Overall, we had a great time.

The pool closes at 7:00 pm on Fridays. and in the evening I just want to swim longer.
