I can only express my gratitude to the entire team of the Krivan sanatorium. Everything works harmoniously. Starting from the team at the reception and ending with the maids, you get only positive things. They greet guests warmly, politely, and very attentively. The first appointment with a nurse - again you are met with understanding and sensitivity. And the doctor, Mrs. Sofia, is a professional. All the staff who carry out the doctor’s orders are all attentive, they do their job not automatically, but with their hearts, as they say, they put their souls into it. The cuisine is excellent, thanks to the chefs. And the girls and boys waiters are simply wonderful, they provide excellent service. The rooms are clean, cozy, comfortable furniture. There is nothing to complain about. If I have the opportunity to go to Karlovy Vary again (as they say, all the stars will align), I will try to get to “Krivan” and I advise others, I don’t think you will regret your choice.

This is my fourth time at the Kravan sanatorium. I really like the location, the treatment, the helpful medical staff. The restaurant has several rooms for dietary meals. Breakfast buffet, lunch/dinner main course a la carte. The rest is a buffet. The waiters work quickly and are very polite. Good number. Cleaned every day, towels changed every other day, bed linen every 4 days. I liked it very much. Thank you

We didn’t feel any negativity as such. There are a few small wishes, such as that there should be some kind of shelf on the wall in the shower for soap, shampoo, scrub, etc. Otherwise, we had to put our bottles and jars on the floor, and this is not very convenient, and not hygienic. And further. Upon check-in, we were not reminded that we needed to call Sanatorium.com so that we could be included in the excursion to Prague. Because of this, we almost missed the excursion. We hope to visit Karlovy Vary again.. Thank you.

They will do whatever you ask,,,, but first they will definitely be rude... It seems that you are simply annoying them.. There are a lot of elderly people who have problems with the musculoskeletal system.. I have witnessed scandals with nurses.. And in a restaurant, There may be enough food. Sorry for the details, I understand that this is a 3-star hotel... And also about tourist trips that you can take advantage of. On a trip to Paris, we were accompanied by a young girl named Nastya.. I remember with sadness how she simply tried to show us with her rudeness How stupid and narrow-minded we are. Naturally, many of us on our trip did not speak foreign languages. Everything about us irritated her. There is so much anger in this young lady....... I want to write something pleasant, but you will forgive me... Just sadness, And I also lost the first day, because my plane arrived after 15:00 pm And it took almost 3 hours to get to the hotel because of the rain.. And my last day, my plane was at 8:00 am and I left the hotel at 4:30 am.. ..... But I saw that many were happy .. So, I’m only writing my impressions... I was in this sanatorium for the second time and I can say that I liked everything, except for a slightly careless attitude towards my request for accommodation. Last year, my friend and I from Sofia arrived in Krivan from October 1 to 16, and we asked to take into account our requests for rooms nearby and with a balcony. The requests were fully satisfied and we received rooms 1207 and 1208, which was especially convenient for me, since I use a walker to get around. I sent the application in February of this year, that is, 7 months before the date of arrival, with a request to provide us with the same rooms this year. All these 7 months the site simply sent us replies saying that “our wishes will be taken into account”, then “that we need to send wishes a week before arrival”, and upon arrival it became clear that providing these numbers was out of the question. .. I believe that these were just unsubscribes and nothing more. That is, those who received my emails in particular did not even bother to contact the sanatorium directly and book the indicated room numbers. As a result, my friend received a room not only not next to mine, but in another building, where I could not even get one visit, since there are steps between parts of the building and it was simply impossible for me and my stroller to get there. Then they changed her room to the same floor as me. I was injured in my room, a very serious injury - I broke my head on the bedside table when I fell, and I was taken by ambulance to the hospital, where the wound was stitched up. There was a week left before the deadline. During this time, I went to the hospital 4 times for bandages. I would like to thank the doctor of the sanatorium, Alexander Mirsky, for his attention and care, as well as all the staff with whom I had to deal - everyone was very attentive and helpful. Despite the injury, Dr. Mirsky rescheduled the procedures for the last week, for which I am very grateful. I would really like to thank the canteen workers - the cooks, the waiters, and everyone who works there - thank you very much for the excellent work, for the fact that, despite the large number of clients, they tried to satisfy all the wishes as much as possible. And the cooking deserves special thanks - everything is very tasty, the products are fresh and varied. Despite the fact that my stay was not cloudless, especially due to the injury I received, I am very pleased with my stay in this sanatorium and hope that next year I will be able to come there again at approximately the same time. We just kindly ask you to be more attentive to the request for numbers. This is especially important for me because I can't just walk without the help of a walker. It is very important. I hope for your understanding and real support. The review, I think, is quite positive, despite some individual points. Thank you

We were forced to eat outside, since our stay at the sanatorium was short. How do sick people who come from far away for treatment generally eat in your sanatorium???? It’s terrible, just terrible, because it’s not a time of famine, let alone a sanatorium. The management will pay attention to how and what they feed the guests at the Krivan sanatorium!!! The sanatorium is located near the mill colonnade. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the springs on a flat road. The treatment rooms are well equipped, and renovations have been carried out everywhere. Everything shines clean. The food is varied. Every day the menu includes beef, pork, poultry, fish and several dietary dishes. A lot of chopped vegetables, not enough fruit. They were there, but those who didn’t have time were left without them. My suggestion is to place fruit on the table for everyone.Negatives
I got a room with a view of some wall. But that's nothing. But something was dripping in the wall and it was very annoying. I told the technician, but she didn’t react. So I listened to this drop for 14 days.

The first impression was terrible. I was placed in a completely shabby room, and, worst of all, to the toilet I had to go down three high stairs, where at the bottom there was a toilet the size of a 5-year-old child. The first night I almost twisted my ankle there. My mood was completely ruined. I went to the administration, they offered me another room without talking. Thank you very much!!! New, clean, even with a balcony. But! on the second floor, in a well, overlooking the rock. And this is all, in principle, normal, but it was obviously always a little dark in the room. There was not enough lighting. In any case, compared to the first room, it was many times better! There is a lot of running around in the dining room, I think because of the number of halls and people. Some kind of neurotic atmosphere. Food - you won’t die of hunger, but you’ll rarely get pleasure. 3 times the meat was completely tough. My advice to cooks is that cheap meat is difficult to cook to a tender consistency. Make more cutlets, meatballs, kebabs, i.e. minced meat. And there will be far fewer complaints. The food, in comparison with the Zheleznovodsk resorts, Aquatherm or Mountain Air, is simply incomparable in quality.
