We were satisfied with the rest and treatment at the sanatorium "Kryvan" Wonderful and spacious rooms for relaxation. The rooms are clean. We were there from March 10 to 19, 2024. On account treatment - the range of procedures is average, but it was quite enough for our needs. The diet is very varied and at the same time dietary. Thank you for the good time and treatment.

The head physician is driven to the neck and away from patients, but she still works despite multiple complaints from patients. The food is bad. I will advise all my friends to stay away from this hotel. By the way, my friend and her son are being treated there now and she is also terrified. Thank God they're only leaving for a week, they're leaving on Saturday

Good afternoon. We were in the Krivan sanatorium from 03/04/24 to 03/16/24. We really liked everything - both at the reception desk, and in the dining room, and the menu, and the quality of food, and the room was always clean, and the bed linen, towels and bathrobes were changed frequently, the procedures were all carried out on time and according to plan. The staff is very polite and attentive. And of course, a huge plus of the hotel is that the springs are located not far from the hotel. Many thanks to all the staff. Good morning It was my first time in a spa town in the Czech Republic. I will come again but not to Hotel Krivan. I would like to get to know other hotels in Karlovy Vary. The location is perfect. The treatment was good. Food was also tasty.Negatives
What disappointed me was that the only employees were very unfriendly. The room was also very old. It was always nice and clean. As for the food. I had half board. Dinner was served and it tasted good and plentiful, but there was always an empty buffet as far as starters were concerned and I usually didn't get any of the desserts. We also had a buffet for breakfast and had the same problem. I didn't leave the table hungry, but having to wait again and again for food isn't particularly nice either. Kind regards, Irma

At the first appointment with the doctor (chief doctor), my mood was spoiled for all the following days. The nurse's misspelling when naming the medications infuriated the doctor. She refused to treat us. I demanded a refund and then we were transferred to another doctor. During her rude conversation, our and your doctors were mentioned. Apparently she was negative from the start. Krivan is not only a sanatorium, but also a hotel and I can ask for any procedures. And for her information, she is being treated in the hospital. I would like to remind her that Israeli doctors are some of the best, and I came for the Karlovy Vary water, not because of such doctors.

I would recommend the Krivan Spa Hotel! The treatment was good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. The food was good, there were vegetables and fruits, enough meat and fish to choose from. What I also found positive was that the hotel has a swimming pool and sauna. That's not a negative, just a note: the steps: If you have orthopedic problems with your legs, you should ask for a room on the first floor. Because before you reach the elevator you have to overcome the steps

This is the second time I’ve been to this sanatorium and I want to ask the cook not to salt the food so much, especially the first courses. On 03/01 I asked for a cup of boiling water to dilute the soup - well, it’s very salty, many people have high blood pressure and we were fed over-salted food, the first time I didn’t write a review , now I’m writing to ask - don’t poison us for our money, because salt is always on the table if it’s undersalted.
