Inconvenient lunch and dinner schedule. They end very early compared to other sanatoriums. The food became monotonous and meager. If you are not one of the first to arrive for lunch, then in an hour there will be no meat for the soup. This meat is brought out in a separate plate only once. When you ask the waiters to bring meat, they answer that the meat is out. In second courses, the cook can put 50 grams of meat on one plate, and the whole hundred on another. Who's lucky? And since the number of grams is not indicated on the menu, it is impossible to complain. Sometimes regular boiled or fried potatoes run out very quickly. They started giving fruit for lunch every other day. Although they used to give it every day. As for treatment: procedures are divided into basic (more expensive) and auxiliary. Although your website does not mention a word about this. The doctor tries to prescribe fewer main procedures and more auxiliary ones, but so that the total number of procedures corresponds to the stated ones. During the first procedure of peat applications, I was given a parafango. And if I had not been indignant, they would have done the same thing in the future. Even after I went to the doctor, instead of applications of natural healing mud (as beautifully shown in your video), I was given peat pads (peat inside a napkin). I even had to call your resort doctor, but she didn’t help in any way, citing that she was on a business trip. I think they replaced a more expensive procedure with a less expensive one. The conclusion is this: the sanatorium began to save on literally everything.

I read dozens of reviews before visiting the sanatorium. Spent 22 days in Krivan. I share my impressions. The main idea: If you are going to rest and heal, rest and heal. If you are looking for shortcomings in maintenance and service, stay at home. Small negative details always exist. It’s impossible without them. I don’t know what happened before me and what will happen after me, but having meat and fish dishes for breakfast in addition to the traditional buffet is not bad at all. In the evening, for 22 days, the main (custom) dishes were not repeated even once. Salads - yes. But that's what they are salads for. We ate without restrictions, limits and diets. And....lost weight. Yes, not so much with fruit. This means it’s not the season yet... The room is small, but with ceilings of 4 meters. Not all have a beautiful view from the window and soft beds. These details are important in your apartment, here is the #1 treatment. Yes, there is dust here and there. Tomorrow they will wipe it... Yes, the fluorescent lamp has burned out. The rest burn well. Cleaning - daily. In three weeks, bed linen was changed four times and towels were changed daily. Procedures - on time, it is necessary to replace something - please reschedule the procedure - no problem. If you want a specific procedure more often, you will get it... The medical staff treated us with respect. The weather in April-May is cool. But nature doesn't have bad weather. We left on May 6 to the accompaniment of wet snow, but we didn’t want to leave. The excursion to Switzerland was led by Margarita (21-22.04). Organizational issues related to the stay caused severe anxiety. She didn't give me her phone number. She kept saying that if you stay, it’s your problem! Instead of clearly explaining or teaching what to do if you still get lost somewhere. Therefore, the feeling of enjoying the holiday was blurred and there was terrible tension and fear of falling behind the group. Content-wise it worked WELL. Wish: More loyalty for older people who do not have spoken English and more “explanations” on the details of their stay (how to have lunch, go to the toilet, etc.)
