Свежие овощи в больших количествах мы стараемся избегать, что преполагает диетическое питание. Мы подаем нарезанние фрукты. Этот метод исходит из опыта, потому что целые плоды клиенты уносят в номера.

In the canteen there is poor organization of meals for those who go on excursions and cannot, for other reasons, take advantage of the food on time (at the same time they promise that they will feed, and then no one knows anything), a poor and inconvenient payment system for the pool (at the reception they take payment, and then the guy doesn’t let him into the pool (he says that they didn’t pay enough) - he sends him back to the reception and no apology at all - disgusting (they refused at all) - the price of the issue is 1 euro, it’s their fault, but they made him run back and forth - there’s no desire to use their paid ones at all procedures (before this they always bought extra), a confusing system of main and additional procedures (it’s difficult to choose what you need), there is not enough fruit in the diet, coffee and dark buns in the morning are not enough - they don’t analyze well which food is more in demand - so even if they offer a good one food, it is quickly sorted out - in short, there is something to work on,,, but overall I liked it - the price-quality ratio is good

We rested from 05/05/18 to 05/20/18. As always, everything was at a good level. Well, I like the KRIVAN sanatorium! This time there was an interesting room with floor-to-ceiling windows, very bright, with French balconies, everything you needed was there, even a wall clock so you wouldn’t be late for procedures. The maids cleaned thoroughly, vacuumed every day, asked for an extra pillow - they brought it right away, and changed the bed linen often. In the dining room, the waitresses were friendly and served very quickly. Treatment is excellent! Dr. Roman Tirkus listened attentively, together we decided on the procedures, and before we even had time to go out for a walk, they brought us a very well-written schedule of procedures. Thanks to all the staff for their work! And Sanatorims.com, as always, did not disappoint: neither with the booking nor with the transfer. We were also lucky with the weather! The sun and the aromas of flowering trees and bushes added a good mood!

This is our third time staying at the Krivan sanatorium! The impressions of relaxation and treatment are always very pleasant! This is a well-coordinated living mechanism, in which kind, sympathetic, attentive staff provide quality treatment, delicious and varied food and clean, comfortable rooms! All this is supported by the excellent location of the sanatorium, wonderful architecture, clean air, healing water from mineral springs and the calm, relaxing atmosphere of Karlovy Vary! This year the doctors were replaced. I arrived and saw an elderly doctor, who, instead of 61 procedures, prescribed me only 58. I changed him to another doctor, but they gave me an old woman who forgot a lot. It wouldn't hurt to hire good doctors.

After gas injections, you are not supposed to wet the injection site for 6 hours; I had baths an hour after the injection. The food in general is mediocre, there is no taste, it doesn’t seem to be bad, but also... I was very unpleasant that a young man works at the pearl baths, who enters the cabin without permission and stands and watches when a woman gets up of water.

As a result, it was stated that I had high blood pressure and a prescription for medicine was written out. At the same time, I had to pay 250 CZK (10 euros) for the prescription. I was in shock from the surprise, but I didn’t want to spoil the treatment and rest with a showdown. In terms of prescribing procedures, I wanted them to listen to the requests of vacationers. But I understand that due to the large number of people, they are not able to provide everything they want even for a fee (massage, lymphatic drainage, some baths). Very little fruit.

We vacationed a lot in various places, but I have never encountered worse organization than in the Krivan sanatorium. Firstly, when we booked a room, we indicated that there would be 2 people (husband and wife), we were placed in a room with 2 separate beds, when I asked to change, in order to be together, they offered me a tiny “chicken coop” on the 4th floor with a window into a blank wall . It’s generally impossible to think about nutrition without nausea. I’ve never seen such a breakfast anywhere, and I don’t even want to talk about lunch and dinner. It feels like the owners only have business on their minds and not concern for the vacationers. Overall a complete disappointment, I would never recommend it to my friends.
