This was our second time in Karlovy Vary with my husband and our first time in Hotel Krivan. The hotel is very conveniently located for drinking sources and is well organized. The treatments were also carried out on December 24,25,26. Excellent. The Christmas party and New Year's Eve party 2019 were wonderful and well organized. The waitress was also very nice. thank you Larisa. After moving twice, we had a nice room in the second building. Thanks also to the cleaning staff, they do their job properly. The rooms are a bit small and the furniture is also old but clean. It's a shame that you can't order a specific room when making your reservation. The food is sufficient, the bread that was always missing was not OK. Or if you came to dinner a little later there was no dessert left. I recommend taking half board so that you can eat out sometimes. The hotel was very full over New Year's Eve, so the treatments were carried out quickly, quickly... The doctors aren't really interested in your problems or health, they just prescribe what suits them better. As a patient you simply have to know what you want and what is good for you, but this only works if you use something like this more often. Next time we'll be smarter.

The window of the room on the 2nd floor overlooked the courtyard, there was not enough space and air. Gymnastics in the pool leaves much to be desired, there is not enough dynamics. The young people who carry it out do not know the methodology very well.

The hotel is divided into 3 buildings. I was moved into the 3rd room and two days later I had to ask to be moved. The rooms there are very small with poor sound insulation. The hotel staff is mostly polite, but unfortunately not all of them. Some procedures did not work during my visit - there were no yoga classes or colonic lavage.

THE FOOD WAS SIMPLY DISGUSTING. EVEN THE BREAD WENT LOOKING ALL OVER THE ROOMS, as well as salads, which were monotonous, dairy products were generally miserable, fruit was given out 3 times during the 16 days of stay and even then they did not get it!!!! Confectionery too!!!

I called a month in advance and asked to reserve a specific number. I was assured that there would be many rooms available. Upon arrival, we were given a shed with separate children's beds. The room is dirty and dirty. They created a scandal and only after that they hardly gave us a more decent room with a window on the wall. WI-FI did not work, although in advertising it should be in every room. I had difficulty getting it from the one next door.

We found the location of the sanatorium very convenient. Exactly in the middle between the walking center and the thermal center. Opposite, 20 meters away, there is a spring, so we often ran to “quickly” get some water. The New Year celebration was well organized. Not enough room for dancing.. Treatment at a good level. The staff is friendly. The wonderful doctor Sofia also works there! A true professional who loves people and his profession. Just because of her, we will come again!Negatives

Many thanks to the sanatorium "Krivan" and its medical staff. I always come to Karlovy Vary with great pleasure, as to a city close to me in spirit, its architectural design and healing effects. For me, this city is a fairy tale, where I, as a romantic and dreamer, find myself in my own wonderful world. The sanatorium itself has changed little, but it has changed nonetheless. Unfortunately, there was no experienced, elderly doctor, a high professional of spa treatment. New specialists in procedures appeared who were not highly professional. Sometimes sidelong glances were noticed, as if at a person of Russian origin. This was especially felt in the restaurant industry. Otherwise, I was not disappointed with my current visit to the sanatorium. Thank you for everything, with respect Nadezhda Markova.

The hotel was overcrowded and the staff couldn't cope with the workload. Most of the staff are angry and this affects the residents. The food is average, breakfast was served mixed food from the last lunch, sorry, but like pigs. The placement is not well thought out. I was on vacation with my mother. We were placed in a room so small that it was cramped even for one person, there was only one bed for two and there was no way to separate it. The pillows are like bricks, it is impossible to sleep on them, much less get enough sleep. It took 3 days to find a softer pillow. I've stayed at this hotel twice before this time and this never happened. This time I am extremely unhappy.
