The first appointment turned out to be very superficial; later they wanted to change the procedures based on how I was feeling, but the doctor didn’t even listen to anything and practically escorted me out of the office. Being 5 minutes late for the procedure is considered a reason for refusal of the procedure. It is possible to either increase the delay time to 10 minutes, or reduce the procedure time by the time of delay. A complete refusal to carry out the procedure is too categorical an option, and it greatly spoils the impression of the entire vacation.

The dinner is very short in time, which is inconvenient. There is no fresh fruit and, in my opinion, too much fried food. The procedures are divided into main and additional. The head doctor divided my 12 main procedures into 4, but I think more of them give the effect. There were unpleasant ladies at the endo vacco , working on this procedure. And in general, the quality of all procedures in the sanatorium depends on who does them.

I asked for a room in building 1 on any floor, but only with an elevator (problems with my knees). We were accommodated in the 3rd building on the 5th floor, room 3510 with a skylight. The blinds didn't work. The letter with the request was sent back in 2017. Positive - the number was changed a day later, but the building was left as number 3. Medical staff could be... benevolent. Please increase your meal time. Medical procedures on Saturdays and Sundays are allowed at the request of vacationers. Thanks for understanding.

The medical facilities in Krivan are excellent, and if you consider that this is a “troika” hotel, then it’s just a fairy tale! After the baths, they throw on a towel and ask you to lie down on the couch and lie under a blanket for five minutes. No queues, everything is on time, special thanks to the girl for distributing procedures, Stefanka Detlova. And after the massage with the magical hands of Peter Knott, my neck simply stopped hurting. DEKUE Peter and all the staff. Friendliness, cleanliness and order. The cooks tried to make sure we didn’t lose weight. There was a fairly good choice for breakfast: soft cottage cheese, muesli, butter, jam, buns, sausages, casseroles, puddings, cheeses, sausages, tea, coffee. For lunch and dinner, a custom dish of 12 to choose from: meat - pork, beef, lamb, fish, casseroles, cheesecakes, pancakes. Everything was delicious, with a choice of side dishes: buckwheat, rice, pasta, potatoes. Always cauliflower, broccoli, boiled carrots, green beans. We will definitely come back again, because... A very depressing impression from communicating with the head doctor. It seems that he deliberately pretended that he did not understand. At the reception, not a word was said about the procedures, he muttered something under his breath and typed. Then he sent him to the treatment nurse and there without explanation They handed me a schedule of procedures. Moreover, the schedule itself is drawn up in such a way that you don’t have time to either eat or go to the procedure. During subsequent communications with MUDr.JIRI HAJER, I was unable to get the procedures canceled; on the contrary, they added them to me. I had to contact again and only 4 days in advance They replaced them for me before I left. And who could complain about him? He’s the boss there. I was ready to buy it for an additional fee, but it didn’t work out, for this you need to go to the doctor again so that he can cancel it first. In general, some kind of idiocy. The issue with lunch is also poorly thought out, only 1 ,5 hours and the kitchen can’t keep up, the waiters are running around like crazy, and in the end, without waiting, you run to the procedures. So my advice is to take only breakfast and dinner, you will get nervous.

In the period from March 26 to March 30, 2018, the lights were turned off every evening in some rooms on the 3rd floor, including mine. In response to requests from vacationers at the Reception, no measures were taken to eliminate this problem, other than turning on the knocked-out fuse. There is no WiFi in the rooms, Channel No. 50 with the program of Channel 1 of Russian television practically does not work, and if it does work, it is with great interference. The reception staff only nodded their heads, but never sent a specialist to set up the channel. I repeatedly tried to get to the head doctor in order to clarify the set of procedures when receiving an oncology program, because... I wanted to come to the sanatorium with my wife, who was operated on in January 2017 for breast cancer, but I was never able to get an appointment. He was constantly busy, either having lunch or receiving, but for some reason he did not have hours to receive vacationers. Unfortunately, there are practically no explanations from doctors about taking mineral water: how much, from what sources and why.
