I had a very bad and unpleasant case in the dining room: the young man (unfortunately I don't know his name) yelled at me in the full dining room. Totally baseless. I've never experienced anything like that!!! it's not possible!!! and he didn't even apologize. This process has spoiled the whole positive impression of this hotel.

I'll start with the positive: 1) Excellent location of the sanatorium. 2) Good medical base. 3) Cleanliness of the rooms/premises. 4) The rooms are warm enough. 5) Simple, but satisfying, fatty food (for those who do not watch their weight). 6) All waiters and waitresses, with the exception of one Czech individual (we write for the lower hall near the windows), are very polite and treat any requests with great attention.Negatives
I’ll end with the negative impressions that Krivan left us: 1) Czech nationalism. Moreover, without conducting any conversations (on our part), disputes, etc., aimed at inciting discord: a) a waiter of about 45 years old (Czech, apparently) from the lower hall - either ignores him, or no matter how you ask him - almost always this is not there, sometimes that is missing - for some waiters - no problem, everything is available, extremely arrogant and disrespectful. b) when we came to take an ECG (as prescribed by the doctor), for some reason the nurse was extremely surprised by our appearance. She started saying that in her office (I think it’s room 9 on the corner near the sofas) there is nothing like that at all, her employee immediately showed up and started talking about providing ECGs on a commercial basis: “KOMMERCIINE”! But, with the appearance of our doctor, memory and civic awareness sharply returned to the health worker, and her friend abruptly retreated. It turns out that an ECG can and should be performed for free. And the necessary equipment is available in her office and she personally conducted the examination in the presence of our doctor! c) 02/06/20, while undergoing a general vortex bath in cabin number 7, I encountered extreme disrespect and neglect from a medical worker of about 50 years old - she was rude for no reason. d) 02/07/20 on the day of departure, they asked the administrator (a Czech young man) to call a budget taxi in advance (2 hours in advance) (they were counting on one budget). The administrator himself volunteered to communicate in Russian, despite my request in English (I speak English, since at my work it is the official language of communication). He said he called. A taxi arrived at a completely different price - much more expensive. We turned to the same administrator - I suddenly forgot both Russian and English, turned on the fool - that’s the way it is here, for some reason. This is my second time in Krivan, my mother’s fifth. It’s a pity that some of the staff are allowed to be careless; there were moments earlier, but everything was tolerable. But this time it somehow went bad. We also heard from many vacationers (mostly those who are well over 50) complaining about the deteriorating service of Krivan). 2) The food is not bad, but, unfortunately, it is far from dietary. Pickles are not needed. Basic dietary low-fat and unsalted or unsweetened food, as usually served in sanatoriums. But there is almost none of that - fatty, salty, flavor enhancer cubes are added to sauces and soups, where it is not needed - sweetened, the menu says baked, but in fact - fried. It’s a bit difficult there for a vegetarian; they can’t even prepare porridge (oatmeal, for example) for breakfast properly. And fish like tilapia and pangasius are harmful to health, it’s strange that in Krivan they don’t know how and where such “fish” are bred. 3) Inept and inconvenient preparation of procedures. We used to go to a meeting. On my last visit to Krivan, it was very difficult to shift the schedule of procedures here and there so that there would be no harm to health

I didn't like the dining room. The food is not worthy of such a hotel. The cook clearly needs to be replaced. To say that it is not tasty is not enough. I really feel sorry for the money we spent on food. We just ate almost nothing. After all, even dietary dishes can be prepared in such a way that you want to eat them with appetite. And here is a common table, but it’s not possible to eat. Either it’s too salty or it’s just not tasty. We thought that it was impossible to spoil the pancakes with meat, but no. They made such a mess of pancakes that it was simply terrifying. Would you eat this yourself? I’ll say right away that I’m not picky about food, but here both my husband and I are outraged to the core. The work of the waiters also leaves much to be desired. Never had coffee on the table. For some reason they constantly forgot about our table. They started cleaning the hall early. We arrive half an hour before the end of dinner, and everything is cleared away, no salads, no side dishes. Let them take an example of how to work from other hotels. For example, at Astoria or Sirius or other even three-star hotels. In a word, it's a pity. The management needs to change something. We are not being picky and this is not just our opinion. Please do something so as not to regret the money you pay for food.

The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance, the food is good, the only thing I would like to note is that securing a seat while eating in a restaurant is not entirely convenient, because... I would like to sit with the one I met. The medical facilities are all attached to the sanatorium, which is very convenient; the single rooms in building 3 are excellent. I really liked everything and will come back again and again.

Good afternoon!!! My husband and I arrived healthy on December 29, and left sick... Half the hotel is sick with the flu, every second one is coughing, some are taken to the hospital by ambulance.... I am very seriously ill, my husband is better. Why is the hotel not closed for quarantine? All our plans have been disrupted, we are lying at home sick... Of course, we will not go there again.

Comfortable weather +3⁰ - +7⁰С. The single room in which I lived was good, comfortable, despite the fact that the balcony overlooked the courtyard in the form of a well, but it was quiet. Well, not that it’s negative, but for those who have hypertension, be sure to take your own blood pressure monitor, since measuring blood pressure is very problematic, not like in our sanatoriums, only with the doctor’s permission or for money of 150 - 170 rubles, depending on the euro exchange rate. And sometimes we had to wait a very long time for service in the dining room. My stay is from 12/23/19 to 01/03/20. Left 04.01. Yes, when I ordered a taxi in the morning, the reception told me the price was 5 euros, but in fact I had to pay 6. A small thing, but not very pleasant.
