As a result, it was stated that I had high blood pressure and a prescription for medicine was written out. At the same time, I had to pay 250 CZK (10 euros) for the prescription. I was in shock from the surprise, but I didn’t want to spoil the treatment and rest with a showdown. In terms of prescribing procedures, I wanted them to listen to the requests of vacationers. But I understand that due to the large number of people, they are not able to provide everything they want even for a fee (massage, lymphatic drainage, some baths). Very little fruit.

I've been traveling for 5 years. This year I went to an unsuccessful doctor. An elderly Czech woman. Recently worked at the sanatorium. Incompetent. I assigned a solux to my feet, and the lamp hangs on the wall. Charcot's shower, which is contraindicated for me due to varicose veins. Thanks to the sisters. They took me to another doctor. He helped me figure it out.

We vacationed a lot in various places, but I have never encountered worse organization than in the Krivan sanatorium. Firstly, when we booked a room, we indicated that there would be 2 people (husband and wife), we were placed in a room with 2 separate beds, when I asked to change, in order to be together, they offered me a tiny “chicken coop” on the 4th floor with a window into a blank wall . It’s generally impossible to think about nutrition without nausea. I’ve never seen such a breakfast anywhere, and I don’t even want to talk about lunch and dinner. It feels like the owners only have business on their minds and not concern for the vacationers. Overall a complete disappointment, I would never recommend it to my friends.

There is no bonus system for repeated stays (I have been visiting this sanatorium for 10 years), there is no possibility of choosing the first building to stay in - as a bonus for patients with musculoskeletal disorders.

Quality - declared 3*, i.e. a good Soviet hostel. The quality of treatment is questionable - there are few “basic” (massage, baths, mud) procedures - most of the procedures are ineffective (lymphatic drainage, inhalations, magnet). It is probably better to take a 4* hotel that is comfortable in terms of accommodation and food, and purchase additional procedures as needed.

The nurses are not doing a good job. Ungrova Adela always made scandals if patients were a little late. This happened to me and to other patients. People were late because they had to go to the source and did not meet the deadline. The schedule of procedures is disgusting. I had procedures performed 7 times at 12.30 and 12.50 and it was impossible to get to lunch or be late for the procedure. So the nurse at the list of procedures (a very rude woman) gave me a pool on April 23 at 12.30. How can you swim with a full stomach after lunch, and the session is 45 minutes, and lunch is until 13.30. She treats Russians very badly.
