Everything is excellent, located close to all sources, very polite and good-natured staff, there is no language barrier, all information is in 3 languages. The building of the ancient sanatorium itself, like the entire resort part of Karlovy Vary, looks very beautiful, each building is a work of art but inside is fresh renovation in modern style. Each office or treatment room is very clean, everything is constantly cleaned and washed. I liked the fact that all procedures are located in one building, in Krivan, the other two buildings do not yet have all procedures and some need to come to Krivan. There is a swimming pool with hydromassage and sauna, a garage and parking in the surrounding area, but advance reservation is required because the number of places is limited, as elsewhere in Europe, especially in the old part of the city. I really liked the room, it was clean and spacious, the room had a refrigerator (clean and pre-defrosted, unlike other hotels), a kettle and all the accessories. The bathroom is very clean, it looks like it has been recently renovated (everything works and nothing is broken!) Drinking water and procedures are individual for everyone, so after receiving a printout of the procedures, it is better to plan the procedures in advance - drinking water - eating food, because all this needs to be combined and some the springs are located nearby across the road, and for example N 1 you need to walk about 500 meters in one direction. Regarding the food, of course, it’s dietary because it’s a sanatorium! But there are many different dishes to choose from. I read some negative reviews about the food - for those who do not want to follow a diet during treatment, the hotel itself has a bar and a restaurant where you can order other food, and along the river in the center there are a lot of restaurants and cafes with national beer and food. Regarding excursions: at the reception you can order many different and interesting excursions, I especially remember the visit at the end of the historical program to the restaurant “In the Rock”, it is really located in a cave, but everything is decorated amazingly, and the home-made beer and baked pork knuckle are something! (a week of diet food for nothing) but it was worth it, especially in good, cheerful company. In general, we liked everything, we will come again if we have the opportunityNegatives

This was my second time at the Krivan sanatorium. I liked everything very much. Clean room, always fresh towels and bed linen. All the staff are very friendly, all procedures were completed on time and in full. The service in the dining room was also fast, the portions were very large. In general, the hotel experience is very good. If everything goes well, I will definitely come again next time. I highly recommend everyone to visit this sanatorium.

The Krivan sanatorium has a good medical base, but the trouble is that they don’t know how to provide service as it should be!!! The sanatorium itself is in a good location, but I no longer want to go there. Mostly the service staff is friendly, but not all of them...... EVERYONE in the restaurant is diligent and gives good service, especially TANYUSHA. The first thing and the salads are very tasty, WELL DONE!!! And secondly, the cooking is not tasty!!!Negatives
Most of all, it just killed me,,,, We all go to sanatoriums to improve our health, and not just throw money away. Or worse, hurt yourself. I received a mud bath, after the parafango bath, my body was warmed up, after the parafango I sat down in the same office to do inhalation, and in the same office they opened the window, the wind was cold, because at night it was -3. It’s not summer yet. And they were told it was cold!!! In response, we are hot!!! And what kind of treatment can we be talking about here??? The next day, I barely got out of bed!!! CALLED GOT HEALTHY!!! And the procedures should be prescribed evenly, and not five on one day, and not a single one on the next!!! And you need to clean the room properly, and not just take away the trash and that’s all the cleaning.

Thank you for your professionalism and attention to doctor Sofia Tibirdieva, older sister Ivetta, the girls during the procedures - Petra, Monika, Martina, Miroslava, Stanislava, Tsutsana, and the diligent boy Marek. Everyone is wonderful and friendly! The food is well organized, everything is tasty and varied, the waiters work quickly and correctly, thank you. The linen in the rooms was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the maids were friendly and attentive. The reception staff are also attentive and responsive - they changed my room if necessary. The furniture in the rooms is already old and shabby. This is the only negative, but for the sake of good treatment you can be patient.

I was already in Karlovy Vary for the 4th time, but for the first time in the Krivan Hotel! The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming! Dietary nutrition is what is needed for people with digestive system problems and diabetes! I was satisfied with my stay and treatment at the Krivan Hotel! I plan to come next year!
